There's like legit no customer service at this company. It's been two freaking months since I got a messed up item and they keep saying they'll give me my money back but I still haven't seen anything. I had to go to my bank to fight them because they're straight up ghosting me. Don't even bother with this company, they're total garbage.

I ordered a simple swimsuit online and got it in a decent amount of time. It was okay for the price, but nothing special. But when I needed to return it because of sizing problems, it was a total nightmare trying to contact customer service. Even though I used their label to send it back and tracked it to their warehouse, they ignored my emails and calls. I had to take it up with my credit card company to get it sorted out. Definitely not the service I was hoping for from a company nowadays.

I bought something special from this shop, but when the parcel came, it was totally something else. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund, showing them proof of what I actually bought. Even so, they only offered to give me back less money than I spent. It was their mistake, but they wouldn't admit it or fix it. Their lack of care and service is really frustrating.

I returned something, eh, and I've been waiting for my refund, but I haven't gotten it yet. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, but all I got back were automated emails with no real help. Even when I left voicemails, I didn't get any response. This lack of communication and not getting my refund sorted out has made me super upset with the company, eh. I would warn others not to trust them with their business.
