I went to the Northcote Road store the other day and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Compared to other places I've been to, this store had enough staff to help everyone out. The salespeople were so helpful, nice, and they really knew their stuff. As soon as I walked in, they said hi and asked if I needed anything. My whole visit went smoothly and I felt really looked after.

There's like legit no customer service at this company. It's been two freaking months since I got a messed up item and they keep saying they'll give me my money back but I still haven't seen anything. I had to go to my bank to fight them because they're straight up ghosting me. Don't even bother with this company, they're total garbage.
