Skincare goodies
Oh my goodness, I recently got some incredible skincare products from Space NK and they are honestly so good! Nikki was really quick in sorting out my delivery issue (thanks a lot, Royal Mail 🙄) and she was absolutely fantastic. The brands they carry are top of the line and they always offer great deals, so I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Facial cleanser
I went to the Northcote Road store the other day and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Compared to other places I've been to, this store had enough staff to help everyone out. The salespeople were so helpful, nice, and they really knew their stuff. As soon as I walked in, they said hi and asked if I needed anything. My whole visit went smoothly and I felt really looked after.
Laura Mercier foundation
I recently bought a Laura Mercier foundation from this beauty store, and when I got home, I realized that the shade was too light for my skin tone. But I have to say, the customer service from the store staff was really good. They quickly arranged for the return, which I thought was great. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to do the return online instead of in-store where I could pick the right shade right away. Despite that, I'm grateful for the personal assistance and support from the store staff.
Lip gloss and mascara
So, I went to this store in Manchester and honestly, I had no clue why I was even there. All I wanted was some lip gloss and mascara, you know? But the lady who helped me was seriously like my fairy godmother! She was super kind and took her time with me, especially Tawab Elkhomsi. She made sure I picked out the perfect items and didn't make me feel silly. I'll definitely be returning because of her!

Just wanted to share my experience with buying skincare products from this beauty store - it was awesome! The customer service from Nikki was top-notch. She really knows her stuff, helped me out with any problems right away, and was super friendly. Her kindness and attentiveness made shopping there a real pleasure. I can't say enough good things about her, and big props to Space Nk for having her on their team.

I had some questions that needed clearin’ up before I could buy, eh? The customer service lady I talked to, Charlotte, was super helpful and went the extra mile to give me all the info I needed. Her great service got me all pumped up and feelin’ good about my shopping, ya know?
Naturium body wash gift purchase
I just bought some Naturium body wash for a buddy from Space NK. It's one of my faves, so I was kinda bummed when I saw that two of the things in the order were leaking when they arrived. But hey, I contacted the support team and Claire got back to me super quick the next day. She helped me get new stuff sent out right away, and I felt pretty good about how it all got sorted out.
Points issue fixed
Today, I had an issue with my points at the store. There was this woman named Nikki who assisted me, and she was so friendly and fixed it really quickly! I was thrilled with the service - it was speedy and welcoming. I'm really impressed with how everything got sorted out so fast!
New makeup brushes
I just got some new makeup brushes and they are seriously the softest and prettiest! I am absolutely loving them and they actually make putting on makeup a lot more enjoyable.
Skincare products
I had such a great time at the store today. Yasmin, the staff member, really knew her stuff and went out of her way to help me pick out what I needed. She explained everything so well and helped me find the perfect skincare products for my skin. I was really impressed by how friendly and professional she was. The customer service was amazing and I'm so happy with my shopping trip.
Lipstick and skincare purchase
I've been a customer at Space NK for a long time, and I've always loved their high-quality products and great customer service. On my last visit, Claire from customer service helped me out, and I have to say, she really went out of her way to assist me with my lipstick and skincare purchase. Her expertise and friendly attitude made it a nice and informative shopping experience. I trust her recommendations and I'll definitely be back for more skincare products. Exciting beauty products
The store is full of exciting makeup to try, and the staff know their stuff! They never push you to buy anything, and if they're out of something, they'll ship it fast. I always enjoy coming here because it's so chill and smells amazing.
