Happy with products and customer service
I made an order at Space NK recently and I gotta say, I'm super happy with the stuff I got and the service I got. The products were top-notch and exactly what I expected. But, I did realize that one thing was missing from my order. I reached out to customer service and Claire, the customer service rep, took care of it right away and made sure I got what was missing. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated she was to making sure I was happy. Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience and for sure will be coming back for more.
Lipstick and skincare purchase
I've been a customer at Space NK for a long time, and I've always loved their high-quality products and great customer service. On my last visit, Claire from customer service helped me out, and I have to say, she really went out of her way to assist me with my lipstick and skincare purchase. Laura Mercier foundation
I recently bought a Laura Mercier foundation from this beauty store, and when I got home, I realized that the shade was too light for my skin tone. But I have to say, the customer service from the store staff was really good. They quickly arranged for the return, which I thought was great. The only thing I didn't like was that I had to do the return online instead of in-store where I could pick the right shade right away. Despite that, I'm grateful for the personal assistance and support from the store staff.
First purchase, delivery issue
I was so impressed by the awesome customer service I got when my first order had a delivery mix-up. The way my package was dropped off caused a problem, but when I called, Victoria picked up right away, no holding! She fixed everything super fast and even said sorry, even though it wasn't her fault. Even though there was a little hiccup at the start, I was really impressed by how quickly they fixed it and how great the service was. This awesome experience has got me excited to shop with them again.
Rewards points issue resolution
I reached out to customer service on WhatsApp about a problem with my rewards points not showing up in my account. Nikki got back to me quickly and fixed the issue once I sent her the right paperwork. She was really efficient and super nice and helpful the whole time. I'm really thankful for the great service Nikki provided!
Lip balm with broken pump
Hey there, I picked up this lip balm and the pump was totally busted, so frustrating! I reached out to customer service and Chloe was a total gem, she fixed it up real quick. Really pleased with the service!

I had a really good experience with the customer service at this store. The staff were super helpful and friendly. I really like the products they have too. But, I did have a problem with the delivery and the product itself. Luckily, they fixed it right away. It doesn't happen often to me since I shop there a lot, but I still wanted to mention it. Overall, I would suggest this store and will keep shopping there.

Oh my goodness, I recently got some incredible skincare products from Space NK and they are honestly so good! Nikki was really quick in sorting out my delivery issue (thanks a lot, Royal Mail 🙄) and she was absolutely fantastic. The brands they carry are top of the line and they always offer great deals, so I'll definitely be shopping here again!

I went to the Northcote Road store the other day and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. Compared to other places I've been to, this store had enough staff to help everyone out. The salespeople were so helpful, nice, and they really knew their stuff. As soon as I walked in, they said hi and asked if I needed anything. My whole visit went smoothly and I felt really looked after.
Exchange for used foundation
I had to return a foundation that was the wrong shade, even though I had used it for a week. Space NK was great about exchanging it for a new one. Before going to the store, I chatted with Claire online from customer service, and she was super helpful. I always get top-notch service from them!

So, I went to this store in Manchester and honestly, I had no clue why I was even there. All I wanted was some lip gloss and mascara, you know? I just bought some Naturium body wash for a buddy from Space NK. It's one of my faves, so I was kinda bummed when I saw that two of the things in the order were leaking when they arrived. But hey, I contacted the support team and Claire got back to me super quick the next day. She helped me get new stuff sent out right away, and I felt pretty good about how it all got sorted out.
