Swivel chair purchase
The pictures online showed exactly what we got, and the price was really good compared to other stores. Plus, they shipped the product right away and it was packed well. When we opened up the swivel chairs and put them together, we were super happy with the quality of the fabric and how well they were built.

New hoodie
I recently bought a new hoodie from them, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with it. After just one wash and a few wears, it started to pill and had little threads coming loose everywhere. For the price I paid, that's just not acceptable. I've got hoodies from another brand that are more than 3 years old and still look brand new after lots of washes. It's really disappointing to see the decline in quality from Asket.
But on a brighter note, the hoodie does look nice and is comfy to wear. However, looks can only take you so far when the quality isn't up to par.
I also got a t-shirt in the same order that I already had, but the new one felt different in both color and texture compared to the one I bought a few years ago. I ended up returning that item too.Review about: Space NK

Today, I had an issue with my points at the store. There was this woman named Nikki who assisted me, and she was so friendly and fixed it really quickly! I was thrilled with the service - it was speedy and welcoming. I'm really impressed with how everything got sorted out so fast!

Delayed order, missing items, poor customer service
Dressbarn really needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service and fulfilling orders. I placed an order way back in November, and up until now, I still haven't received what I bought. I've tried to contact them in different ways like sending messages, emails, and even calling them, but unfortunately, no one is getting back to me. It's so annoying to see that some of the things I bought are not even up on their website anymore, which makes me wonder if they were even available in the first place. To make matters worse, all I want is my money back, not just store credit, but it seems like that's too much to ask for. This whole thing has been a real letdown.
