My recent experience with customer service at Space NK was amazing. The person I talked to, Lyndsey, was really nice, helpful, and super professional when dealing with my delivery problem. I was surprised at how quickly she fixed everything, which made the whole thing easy and stress-free. It's not often you get such good customer service that feels personal and efficient these days, so I'm really thankful for Lyndsey's great help.

So I bought something online not too long ago and man, was I disappointed with how long it took to ship. I ordered it on September 26th and they told me it wouldn't get here until October 26th. Now, I get it, living in Canada means things can take a bit longer to ship, but waiting a whole month for a package is just not cool, especially since I've gotten stuff from other companies way quicker. Their whole spiel about international shipping didn't cut it for me, so I'm definitely not buying from them online again.

The customer service at this spot is top-notch. The staff is super friendly, really know their stuff, and carry themselves like total pros. They really go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. I found everything I needed and the fact that this place is right in Gander at The Source Power Center is such a huge bonus.

My husband used to get sick with upper respiratory infections a lot, even though we cleaned his supplies regularly. Ever since we started using the CPAP cleaning machine, he hardly ever gets sick. We like it so much that we bought a second one to keep in another place. We did find out that the mask he uses can't be put in the machine because it has a soft cushion that gets ruined easily. So, we just use CPAP wipes on it instead. We really appreciate how easy it is to use our CPAP cleaning machine.

The lady at the front desk, Alma, was really friendly and nice. She let us check in early and even upgraded our room for my husband's birthday! Suhana and Alma were both really helpful and friendly, and we really enjoyed our room and the hotel amenities. To top it off, they gave us some complimentary cookies that were delicious after our long journey.

The product I ordered was in stock and I did receive a shipping notice. This website js scam for non Euro residents. They have nobway of tracking anything and no way of providing updates. If you read all the reviews they are similar and if you look at their stunning "0% Reccomnd/Order score" its pretty obvious this website is a waste of time and money.
The store itself cannot lrovide you with any info as the F1 Store is run by Fanatics and not F1. The shipping is done by 3rd party courier so there is nonintegration for provising updates. This worst mismanaged e-commerce website ever created. Especially for a $Billion dollar sport and industry.
