All in all, my shopping experience was great, and I wouldn't think twice about buying from here again.

I bought some T-Shirts and Hoodies for Christmas, and I was really impressed with how good the quality was. Not only that, but the people I gifted them to loved them too. They handled my issue quickly and effectively, and now I trust their customer service again. I'll definitely be shopping with them in the future. Big shoutout to the team for making things right.

My experience with this online store has been really disappointing. I ordered a new Max Verstappen t-shirt for my grandson, but then I got three emails saying the delivery date was pushed back. It feels like they're trying to make people cancel their orders. I didn't get any help at all, and now I'm just really let down by the whole shopping experience. I bought this really awesome t-shirt and hat from the store. It was super simple to order, just like my math homework last night. Paying was easy peasy, like eating a slice of pizza. And you know what? The delivery came earlier than I thought! How amazing is that? When the package showed up, I was so pumped to see my F1 gear. It was just perfect!

Got my order super quick from overseas, but gotta say I was pretty disappointed with the packaging. The plastic bag they used for the bucket hat was way oversized for the actual item. This has happened twice now - the packaging just doesn't seem to quite cut it.

They refunded me for the shipping, but now they're saying it's out of stock? Seriously? I'm super upset right now, I don't even want to shop there again. It's really disappointing and just awful. I ordered a Mercades t-shirt in February, but I just got an email in May saying they cancelled my order. It's really annoying to wait that long and then be told they can't send my stuff. I'm pretty disappointed and won't be telling anyone to use this site.

The store seems to have trouble with Mercedes merchandise, based on the reviews and my own experience. I bought a women's Mercedes top and even though the website said it would be shipped within one business day, I keep getting emails saying it's delayed. I also ordered a men's Mercedes top that ended up being out of stock so I got a refund. However, when I ordered items from other teams like McLaren and Alpine, there were no problems and they arrived quickly. It's frustrating to still be waiting for the top a month later without knowing if it's in stock or not.

I got my family member this awesome jacket for Christmas and it's amazing! He really likes it and looks super cool wearing it. The quality is so good, it's just great. But I was a bit annoyed about having to pay extra fees for shipping and handling, and then there was this odd warehouse fee on top of that. I've never had to deal with a fee like that before, and it's pretty frustrating. Formula One is already loaded with cash, so it seems a bit greedy to make us pay even more. Can't they cut us some slack?

I just bought a Formula 1 team shirt from the store, and it was pretty good overall. The shirt was good quality and looked just like it did on the website. But when I took a closer look, I saw a little black spot on the front, right under the car design. Since it was almost Christmas and I needed the shirt for a gift, I didn't have time to exchange it. It was a bit disappointing, so I gave it four stars instead of five.
