Expensive IQ Air Health Pro/Plus
I recently bought the IQ Air Health Pro/Plus air purifier, which is pretty pricey at $900 and needs filters costing over $300 each time to replace. Even though it’s expensive to maintain, it does a good job at cleaning the air, that’s why I got a few units. But I was let down by the customer service when I asked for a warranty replacement for worn rubber seals on two trays, which should have been covered under the 10-year warranty. Even though I gave them all the info they needed, the company said no to the warranty and it made me question if they really back up their products and care about keeping customers happy. This whole thing has made me think twice about recommending this brand and I might not suggest it to others in the future.

I just bought a heavy-duty winch from this company and boy, was I let down by the packaging. The winch showed up in a weak cardboard box with barely any protection, so you can probably guess that it got banged up during shipping. I've tried getting in touch with the company a bunch of times now, but I still haven't gotten a response that satisfies me. They wanted me to send pictures of the damage, but they haven't even sent me a return shipping label. On top of that, I can't seem to get ahold of anyone on the phone to talk about this mess. All in all, this whole ordeal has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing.
