Eh, so I gotta say, I don't usually bother writing reviews, but this time I just had to. I bought some home gym equipment recently and ran into a little issue, which I'll admit was kind of my fault. I got in touch with customer service and man, was I impressed with the service I got. Sherri, the rep, really went the extra mile to sort out my problem and make sure I was happy. It's nice to see a company that truly cares about its products and customers. Thanks again for your amazing support.
Bowflex pr1000 purchase
I just bought a home gym equipment recently. When it arrived, there was a small issue with it, but I reached out to the customer service team and they quickly fixed the problem by sending me a replacement part. I'm really pleased with the service and the quality of the product. It's really stepped up my home workout game and I'd definitely suggest it to anyone wanting an easy way to keep in shape.
Home gym purchase
I just bought a home gym that totally changed how I work out. It's super compact, so I can get a top-notch workout without leaving the house or taking up a ton of room. I'm really impressed with how well this product works and the quality it delivers.
Saved my life!
The weights totally made a big difference for me, eh? I was having a hard time finding something that didn't take up too much space, and these were just right. They really helped me get fit and feel awesome about myself, eh?
Wanted free streaming
I thought I could just chill and watch Netflix and Prime on this, y'know, without having to sign up for anything else. But nope, turns out you gotta get JRNY. Lame, right? I just wanted to binge-watch without spending more money.
Six month machine foot holder issue
I bought a machine about six months ago and I had a problem where the foot holder got loose in the fourth month. So, I reached out to customer service to get it sorted, and they told me that the serial number sticker, which should have been on the machine, was missing. I explained that the sticker was never taken off and was never given with the machine, but they stuck to their guns and said without the sticker, they couldn't do anything to help me. They basically asked me to pay for a new foot holder instead, even though I had the receipt as proof of purchase. This whole situation really got me mad and disappointed in both the product and the customer service.
Adjustable dumbbells purchase
When you're getting those adjustable dumbbells from Bowflex, make sure you take the time to really go through all the details about payments and financing. I messed up by not paying enough attention to the terms of the 18-month payment plan that was supposed to be interest-free, and I ended up paying a bunch in interest fees. Even though they said it wouldn't have interest, I still had to cough up 30% of the total borrowed amount if I had any amount left on the loan. It felt like a sneaky cost that I didn't know about until it was too late. I'd say steer clear of financing with Synchrony bank unless you're 100% sure you can pay it off in time. The dumbbells themselves are good quality, but the financing part of it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
HVT machine
I bought an HVT machine a few years back, only to realize soon after that the company had discontinued it. Just recently, my machine completely crapped out on me, and when I tried reaching out to customer support, I got no reply at all. I've made multiple calls and sent emails, but still no response or help. The lack of customer support and the crappy quality of the machine have left me super unsatisfied with my purchase. I'll definitely be avoiding anything related to this company in the future.
Treadmill
This treadmill was such a letdown, eh. It crapped out after only a year and a half of hardly using it. Like, seriously? I'm so cheesed off that I forked out my hard-earned cash for something that conked out way sooner than my old treadmill that lasted a solid 20 years, hey. The whole thing felt flimsy and like I couldn't count on it. All in all, just a rotten experience with this product and company. I won't be making that mistake again, that's for sure, eh.
M9 elliptical machine
After I bought the M9 elliptical, I’ve been having problems with the RPM indicator. It’s all over the place, going back and forth between 5-8 RPM and sometimes even jumping up to 75-80 RPM. This inconsistency messes up the calorie count. I reached out to customer service, got some parts to fix it, but it still doesn’t work right. Now, the warranty is up, and the company won’t step up to fix the problem. It’s a letdown, especially after spending so much on the machine.
App payment issue
I tried to pay for the app, eh, but it charged me more than it should have. Customer service was no help whatsoever and didn't even make an effort to understand my problem. It was just so unprofessional and frustrating, eh!
Bowflex Max M8
The Bowflex Max M8 I bought has been such a letdown. The legs broke, the screen stopped working, and the tension gave out. It's been more busted than actually working. When I tried to get it fixed, they sent a third-party repair crew who used old methods that didn't work. Customer service was nowhere to be found, and overall, I regret shelling out so much money for something that turned out to be junk.
Treadmill purchase
I got a treadmill, and wouldn't you know it, it broke in less than a year. Been having all sorts of problems with it, and still no solution in sight. Such a waste of space!
The T22 treadmill
So, I got this treadmill about 2 years back, and let me tell you, it's been such a hassle! I've had numerous problems with it, and it's been a real pain trying to get it to work properly. I had to go back and forth with them through emails for hours just to get it functioning correctly. Then, after a year, they threw in a free subscription because I could hardly use it due to all the technical issues. Just as I started to feel positive about the machine, it decided to stop turning on! And you know what? It's now out of warranty, so even though they are sending me a part to fix it (apparently many others had the same problem), they won't cover the cost of an engineer. It's been months since it broke, and I'm still waiting for that part. My fitness goals before my holiday have totally gone down the drain thanks to this dumb treadmill. Save your money, seriously. I had a different treadmill before for like 10 years and only had to repair it once that entire time. I'd suggest going for a different brand, like for real, look into Nordictrack instead. It's a shame because it was great while it lasted, but that didn't last long.
M7 MaxTrainer purchase
Oh my gosh, I am so mad right now! I bought the M7 MaxTrainer and the company completely ditched the app that helped me keep track of my workouts. It's like they don't even care about us customers, all they care about is money! And they want me to just be okay with it? Absolutely not! I thought I was getting a good deal but now I feel totally scammed. I'm never purchasing from them again!
