CommunicationI bought an HVT machine a few years back, only to realize soon after that the company had discontinued it. Just recently, my machine completely crapped out on me, and when I tried reaching out to customer support, I got no reply at all. I've made multiple calls and sent emails, but still no response or help. The lack of customer support and the crappy quality of the machine have left me super unsatisfied with my purchase. I'll definitely be avoiding anything related to this company in the future.
