I bought a machine about six months ago and I had a problem where the foot holder got loose in the fourth month. So, I reached out to customer service to get it sorted, and they told me that the serial number sticker, which should have been on the machine, was missing. I explained that the sticker was never taken off and was never given with the machine, but they stuck to their guns and said without the sticker, they couldn't do anything to help me. They basically asked me to pay for a new foot holder instead, even though I had the receipt as proof of purchase. This whole situation really got me mad and disappointed in both the product and the customer service.

Eh, so I gotta say, I don't usually bother writing reviews, but this time I just had to. I bought some home gym equipment recently and ran into a little issue, which I'll admit was kind of my fault. I got in touch with customer service and man, was I impressed with the service I got. Sherri, the rep, really went the extra mile to sort out my problem and make sure I was happy. It's nice to see a company that truly cares about its products and customers. Thanks again for your amazing support.

Don't bother spending your cash with this company, eh? I shelled out a bunch for an elliptical machine that crapped out on me three times in just two years. Even with the extended warranty, they wouldn't replace the darn thing and basically told me tough luck. Their customer service is a joke, eh. They wouldn't even bother sending a tech to put in the replacement parts, just left me to figure it out on my own. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else for your fitness gear, eh.
