    Rush shipment bikini

    I bought a bikini for my vacation, but was running out of time and got worried it wouldn't come in time. So, I contacted customer service for help. They were great and rushed my order - I got it the next day, which was super impressive since I live in Europe. I was happy I didn't have to pay any extra fees on it either. But, kind of a bummer - they don't take returns from outside the US, so keep that in mind if you're shopping from another country.

    Bought shoes, but had problems

    I bought some shoes from here, but they were no good. The first pair I got had one shoe bigger than the other! That's so strange, like why would they even do that? Then the second pair I got, one of the heels fell off! Like what's up with that? I thought these shoes would be good quality because they were pricey, but they were actually cheaply made.     My experience at that store was awful, eh! Like seriously, I ordered a dress more than two months back, and it still hasn't shown up, eh. Can you believe they don't even provide delivery dates? What a joke, eh. I've tried to contact them for updates, but they're not very clear on when my order will arrive, eh. It's so frustrating because I really love their clothes, but how can they even stay in business if they can't even commit to when you'll get your order, eh? So disappointing, eh. Wedding season is coming up, and I'll definitely be letting all my buddies know to avoid that place, eh.

    I recently ordered something from this place internationally and was totally shocked to find out that they don't let you return items that are on final sale. I'm used to sales in the UK meaning discounts, so I didn't realize this and now I'm stuck with something I can't send back. On top of that, I had to fork out for import taxes and VAT on top of the initial price, and they didn't even tell me how much it would be upfront. The lack of transparency and unexpected fees really left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be buying from them again. It's a shame that they don't make these important details clearer to customers before they make a purchase.

Finally, they got back to me and sent a shipping label to return the messed-up dress, but then they docked the shipping cost from my refund.
