Clothing and accessories
Eh, so I was a customer at the store, and let me tell ya, I was bummed out with how slow the delivery was and how the customer service was MIA. I ordered some clothes and accessories, but after waiting for days, my stuff still hadn't been sent out. And to top it off, I saw that the prices went down less than a day after I ordered. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if they could match the lower price, but no one got back to me. It really rubbed me the wrong way, you know? I wasn't happy with how things went down, so I'm thinking twice about shopping there again.

Lip balm and face cream
I bought some lip balm and face cream, and when they arrived, they were all crushed and gross. I tried to call and email them, but they never answered! So rude! I will never buy from them again.

Wasted money on poor quality clothing
I was so disappointed with the clothes I bought - they were terrible quality. I paid a lot of money and expected way more, but all I got was flimsy polyester that literally felt like plastic. The dresses were see-through, the cardigan and mock neck were thin and cheap. I could have found better stuff at H&M or SheIN. Don't waste your money, go shop somewhere else.

I wanted to give customer service a call, but man, it was so dull. I was just thinking, why does tea always taste so yucky? Turns out, my huge box of tea has 18 bags that are just gross and smell weird.

Got game but missed out on discount
So hey, I got this game but totally missed out on the discount because my PayPal was acting up, eh. I didn't even realize I didn't get the discount until after I already got the game. I was feeling pretty down about it, you know. But then I thought, why not reach out to support and see if they could do something about it. And you know what? They said they'd refund the discount for me! I was thrilled about it because I really wanted that discount. Support was so friendly and really helped me out. Thanks a bunch, eh!
