Loose Leaf Tea, Plastic Piece
I've been a fan of getting tea from this spot forever 'cause they've got a ton of flavors to pick from. But one day, I came across a green piece of plastic in my tea and let me tell ya, I was not impressed. Sent them a pic and an email to give 'em the heads up, but didn't hear back for more than 24 hours. I was bummed 'cause I had to toss out all my fave tea. I just wish they had apologized and double-checked their quality control.
Blends and flavored teas
I often swing by for the blends and flavored teas because they just hit different compared to other places. I tend to go for blends over single-origin teas since I think I can find higher quality and better prices elsewhere. The flavored teas are top-notch and never taste artificial like some other brands. I also love that most of their teas are loose leaf, which works perfectly with my disposable tea bags.
Spiced Chai Tea
I was really looking forward to trying the Spiced Chai Tea blend from this company, but I ended up feeling let down because the flavor just didn't have that much variety. And to top it off, I couldn't even pay with PayPal, which is my go-to payment method. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about their customer service, and now I get why. The limited payment options and the whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd suggest others to think long and hard before buying anything from this company.
Recent tea purchase
I recently bought some tea from this company, eh. It took way longer than I thought for my order to be sent out. Seemed like they were all about taking my money fast, but not so much about getting my tea to me quickly. I tried contacting customer service for help, but didn't hear anything back. All in all, I was really let down by the whole thing.
Premium tea varieties
I've been ordering tea from this online shop for a long time now, and let me tell you, it has been nothing but top-notch every time. They have a huge range of teas at great prices, and now that they're offering free shipping on all orders, I'm even more loyal to them. When my tea arrives, it's always well-packaged and in perfect condition. They even throw in some samples of different teas sometimes, which is a nice bonus. I've always loved their Historic Royal Palaces collection, but lately I've been venturing into their holiday teas and they're really something special. You've got to try their Blood Orange and Earl Grey Supreme - trust me, you won't be disappointed.

I bought some loose leaf tea from that company, eh. But you won't believe it - they sent my package to the wrong address not once, but twice, eh. I reached out so many times for help, but their customer service team seemed to ignore me and not want to do anything about it, eh. They just blamed the postal service and didn't take any responsibility, eh. It's been weeks since I ordered my tea, and I still haven't got it sorted out, eh. I'm really disappointed in how this company is treating their customers - no responsibility or care at all, eh.
Chocolate tea purchase
I recently bought some chocolate tea from the store, eh, and I've been a faithful customer for nearly a decade, ya know. But the last two times I got chocolate tea, it tasted and smelled like some harsh chemicals, eh. It was not a pleasant time, it felt like the tea might be bad for your health. I got in touch with customer service, which was a bit of a hassle on my end, and I managed to get a refund for the first batch, eh. I thought I'd give it another shot and ordered a different batch, but, unfortunately, it had that same chemical taste and smell, eh. Now, I'm trying to get a refund for the second batch, especially the loose leaf tea, eh. 'Cause I'm older and not in the best health, it's hard for me to physically take the product back to the store like they want. I asked for a carrier to come pick up the package, but it's taking a while for them to get back to me, eh.

I just bought a bunch of different tea blends from this place and I gotta say, I'm super impressed. They've got such a huge variety to choose from, perfect for all us tea lovers. You can really taste the quality in the tea leaves, it's top-notch stuff. And the shipping was so fast, I got my teas in no time and could start sipping on my faves right away. Plus, they have tons of sales and coupons which just makes it even better to treat yourself to some amazing tea.
Earl Grey tea and Orange Pekoe tea
Eh bud, the teas I ordered, especially the Earl Grey, were so bland, it was like they were made from old black tea or something. The Orange Pekoe tea was okay, nothing special. The only good thing was the fancy tins they came in. I was so let down by the lack of flavor in the Earl Grey, felt like I wasted my dough on some low-quality stuff. When I talked to the company owner to vent my frustration, I got no real answers or fixes. Overall, it was a letdown and not worth the cash, no way.
Online tea order
I ordered some tea online, but it never arrived. I reached out to customer service a few times, even showed them my receipt, but they just ignored me and were really rude. I wouldn't suggest using them.
Overpriced tea
The tea quality is okay, nothing special, and man oh man, the shipping takes forever. But you know what really gets on my nerves? The crazy high prices! I used to buy this one kind of tea for $39, and now they've gone and hiked it up to $70 in only a couple of years. They're out of their minds if they think we'll keep paying out the wazoo for just okay tea.

Unable to cancel order
I had a really bad experience with this company, eh. I made an order and then realized I needed to cancel it within 3 minutes, right after I placed it. So, I got in touch with customer service right away, but they wouldn't cancel my order, eh. I thought it was totally ridiculous and absurd, eh. Their inflexibility and lack of understanding really ticked me off and left me super frustrated and disappointed. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

I wanted to give customer service a call, but man, it was so dull. I was just thinking, why does tea always taste so yucky? Turns out, my huge box of tea has 18 bags that are just gross and smell weird.
Recent tea orders
I recently placed two orders for tea, one on the 17th and the other on the 24th of October. Unfortunately, after waiting for over a week, I did not receive any tracking information for either of my orders. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service for assistance and felt like I was being brushed off. Despite being assured that my order had been sent out and would arrive in a few days, I still did not receive any tracking updates. After sending an email, I received no response, adding to my growing dissatisfaction. When I contacted customer service once more, I felt dismissed once again and was given false promises of receiving my order in a couple of days. The lack of transparency and accountability in their service is disappointing and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with accurate information about my orders. It's disheartening to see a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a failure to fulfill promises made to customers. In the end, I received one of my orders but was left waiting for the other with no clear timeline or communication regarding its status. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them again, as there are plenty of other tea companies that value their customers and provide reliable service.
