    The stuff I ordered came in like I thought, but they messed up one item. Had to talk to customer service and it took a bit of time, but it was pretty easy to do. They got back to me quick and gave me a refund for the messed-up item. The stuff is real good quality, so I'll for sure buy from them again.

    Christmas sweater

    I bought a Christmas sweater from this company not too long ago, but unfortunately, it didn't come in time for Christmas even though they said it would for sure. I ordered it on the 13th, and now it's the 23rd, and still no sign of the sweater. They did offer me a refund or quicker shipping, but it's too late now for it to arrive before the holidays. What really got me was the shipping company they used, I'd never even heard of them before. The tracking info just kept saying 'in transit' every day, but it didn't really help me at all as a customer.

    I was so let down by the terrible customer service at this store. I tried to ask about a sofa I wanted to buy, but got no reply at all. There was no way to get in touch with anyone at the store, and it made me feel really irritated and overlooked. The website only showed one picture of the sofa with no size or extra info, so it was hard to decide if I should buy it. Even though I went ahead and made the purchase, I still have questions that need answering, and I want to talk to someone about my worries.

    I recently bought some camping gear for an outdoor trip at this place and honestly, it was a huge letdown. I placed my order in the middle of December hoping to get everything by a certain date. But, only half of my stuff showed up on time, and the other half was in stock but I couldn't pick it up in-store. It was so frustrating not knowing when everything would arrive, and it messed up my trip planning. Plus, the customer service was seriously lacking - I was pretty much on my own trying to sort things out. The website didn't help either, with wrong info on item availability in the store causing even more confusion. All in all, my experience with this store was nowhere near good enough.

    Stay at a hotel

    My recent stay at the hotel was a total disaster, eh. I asked for a room with a walk-in shower, but they gave me a room with a bath instead, so I had to ask for a different room right when I got there. And on top of that, they didn't even tell me that the restaurant was closed, so I had to eat in the bar, which wasn't ideal for a proper meal. The lack of communication and attention to detail was really disappointing, and it really ruined my whole experience at the hotel, eh.

    I just bought this jacket from that company and I gotta say, the customer service was terrible. I messed up on my address when ordering, so I never got my package.     I recently bought a CR-10 V2 and a CR-10s Pro V2 from the company. Both machines were exactly as described and surpassed my expectations. The CR-10s Pro V2 was listed as used, but still came with the full one-year warranty, which made me feel at ease. I have been extremely happy with the quality and performance of these printers. When it comes to customer service, Bree was amazing. She communicated well, kept me informed throughout the process, and quickly resolved any issues I had. Creality3d has a great community of users that has been really helpful in my 3D printing journey. Overall, thanks to the outstanding service from Bree, I don't see myself buying from any other company in the future.

    I gotta say, the reason I checked out this store in the first place was because of the Taylor Swift endorsement. I mean, who wouldn't wanna rock the same kicks as the queen herself, am I right? But let me tell ya, these shoes aren't just about the celeb hype. They're comfy, trendy, and built to last. I snagged a pair not too long ago and I've been wearing them 24/7.     My experience buying the Arktos bike was amazing. Bryce Wood knew his stuff and answered all my questions, so I felt good about my choice.
