Shoes purchased online
So, you know, I ordered these shoes online and when they arrived, one shoe was way bigger than the other one! I was totally disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing them. So, I contacted their customer service and they were just okay, not exactly rude but not super helpful either. They offered to exchange them for free, which was good, but they wouldn't give me a prepaid shipping label even though the shoes were faulty. Like, seriously? I had to pay for return shipping, not cool. And then, when I left a review on their website explaining all of this, they emailed me saying it didn't meet their standards and wouldn't post it. Really? Come on, people should know what's going on! So yeah, I won't be shopping there again, and I suggest you think twice before buying anything from them too.
Overpriced shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this store, eh, and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. The shoes were so expensive, and to make matters worse, they hit me with double the amount because of sneaky fees. They said free shipping on the website, but then at checkout, there wasn't even an option for delivery without paying a bunch for shipping. I tried to cancel my order right away, but no luck - just a big headache. I wouldn't suggest shopping here, they're not reliable at all.
Online shoe purchase
My recent shoe purchase online was a big letdown. When the shoes arrived, I saw a big stain on them. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to send the shoes back for a refund, and they said they would cover the cost of returning them. But after I got my refund, I saw they didn't include the return shipping cost, which made me feel like I got ripped off. When I called to talk about this, the customer service person was unfriendly and didn't seem sorry at all for the trouble. The way they handled things with no understanding or professionalism has really turned me off, and I won't be buying anything from them again.
Overpriced, sizing way off
What's up with the crazy return shipping fee? And don't even get me started on the sizing - it was way off. Felt like I was trying to force my foot into a Barbie doll's shoe. Even went half a size up and still couldn't get my foot in there. Definitely not happy with it.
Sneakers
Eh bud, been sticking with this brand for years now, but gotta say I've been noticing a big drop in the quality and comfort of their stuff lately. Always been a fan of their classic, laid-back sneaker style, but the new pairs I've been buying have been a letdown. The material feels cheaper, the insoles are brutal, and the shoes just don't hold up like they used to. It's a bummer to see a brand I've been loyal to for so long slacking on their game. Think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on, eh.

I'm pretty bummed that the company decided to stop making the crashback shoes. Not everyone likes wearing two pairs of shoes, and I really loved the crashback style. Gotta give credit where it's due though, those crashback shoes I bought multiple times were top-notch quality.
Wide shoes in size 9
I just bought a pair of wide size 9 shoes and they didn't fit right. I thought they were okay at first but they ended up hurting my bunion and causing a blister. I was disappointed that they weren't as wide as I thought. I couldn't return them since I already wore them outside. The narrow fit of the shoes was really unsatisfying overall.
Two pairs of shoes
I bought two pairs of shoes with my visa gift card, but they ended up being too big. So, I called to exchange them for a smaller size and ended up getting an $8 charge for the return label. To make matters worse, the agent tried to charge me an extra $20 for the shoes instead of just sticking to the original price. When I called them out on it, they wouldn't budge and refused to do a simple exchange. They wanted to put the money back on a gift card that I didn't even have anymore. Absolutely terrible customer service with no solution in sight. Gonna make sure everyone knows about this awful experience.
Returned shoes
Eh, so I got these shoes for a Christmas gift, but they ended up not fitting quite right. I sent them back following their return policy, you know, making sure that they got signed for when they were delivered. But here's the kicker - haven't seen a refund yet, and on top of that, my emails are just floating out there with no response. It's really frustrating to be left hanging like this. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest shopping from this company. They've just left me in the lurch, with no gift and a hole in my pocket.
Wedding shoes in wrong color and size
Ordered these wedding shoes but got them in the wrong colour and size. Had to send them back and place a whole new order. What a waste of time and so frustrating!
Recent online shoe purchase
I just bought some shoes online and it was kinda sketchy. The website looked a lot like those scam sites, like kedsnederland.com. My girlfriend got her credit card info stolen from a similar site, so I was freaked out. They've got a bunch of fake sites registered this year, all trying to rip people off. It's sad to see these wannabe keds sites trying to pass as the real deal.
Small shoes; Returns
Small shoes, big problem, eh? So I ordered these shoes and they were way too small. Had to send 'em back, eh. But get this, they charged me almost eight bucks for the return. Like, what? They never mentioned that when I was ordering, eh. If I had known, I probably wouldn't have even bought 'em in the first place. Paying almost eight dollars just to return shoes that were less than thirty bucks is just insane, eh. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Fake shoes
So, I came across this website that was supposedly selling legitimate Keds shoes, but when my order arrived, they turned out to be knock-offs! I mean, they were totally different from the real deal and the quality was atrocious. I've been trying to get my money back for two months now with no success. I'm telling you, this website is a total scam - steer clear!
Taylor Swift endorsement
I gotta say, the reason I checked out this store in the first place was because of the Taylor Swift endorsement. I mean, who wouldn't wanna rock the same kicks as the queen herself, am I right? But let me tell ya, these shoes aren't just about the celeb hype. They're comfy, trendy, and built to last. I snagged a pair not too long ago and I've been wearing them 24/7. The quality is unreal and I can already tell they're gonna stay with me for a while. I'm definitely gonna grab more soon.
Damaged shoes, $7.95 return fee
I was so not happy with my most recent buy from this company. The box that the shoes came in was totally wrecked, but the packaging the shoes were in looked totally fine. They totally sent me a messed up box, and that just wasn't cool. And to top it off, the shoes ended up being too small. When I tried to return them, they hit me with a $7.95 return fee. Like, seriously?! That just made things even worse. I'm never shopping on this site again.
Got a scarf instead of shoes
Total scam! I ordered a sweet pair of kicks online and they had the nerve to send me a stupid scarf instead. I was fuming and tried reaching out for a refund, but got radio silence. I even went as far as reporting those scammers on Google and their official site, but they're still up and running! Be careful, that website is sketchy.

I emailed them to ask about the delay, and they said it would be sent out that day, but it ended up taking another week. To top it off, they changed the website wording twice to say there would be a longer delay after my enquiry. When I finally got the shoes, almost three weeks had gone by and they didn't even make it in time for the event I was planning to wear them to. The lack of communication and terrible customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be shopping from that store again, that's for sure.

I ordered these awesome shoes online and had to wait forever for them to arrive. And when they finally showed up, they were totally not what I wanted - just some random shoes. I reached out to the company and they told me I'd only get a partial refund. How annoying!
