So, you know, I ordered these shoes online and when they arrived, one shoe was way bigger than the other one! I was totally disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing them. So, I contacted their customer service and they were just okay, not exactly rude but not super helpful either. They offered to exchange them for free, which was good, but they wouldn't give me a prepaid shipping label even though the shoes were faulty. Like, seriously? I had to pay for return shipping, not cool. And then, when I left a review on their website explaining all of this, they emailed me saying it didn't meet their standards and wouldn't post it. Really? Come on, people should know what's going on! So yeah, I won't be shopping there again, and I suggest you think twice before buying anything from them too.

My recent shoe purchase online was a big letdown. When the shoes arrived, I saw a big stain on them. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to send the shoes back for a refund, and they said they would cover the cost of returning them. But after I got my refund, I saw they didn't include the return shipping cost, which made me feel like I got ripped off. When I called to talk about this, the customer service person was unfriendly and didn't seem sorry at all for the trouble. The way they handled things with no understanding or professionalism has really turned me off, and I won't be buying anything from them again.

Eh, so I got these shoes for a Christmas gift, but they ended up not fitting quite right. So, I came across this website that was supposedly selling legitimate Keds shoes, but when my order arrived, they turned out to be knock-offs! I mean, they were totally different from the real deal and the quality was atrocious. I've been trying to get my money back for two months now with no success. I'm telling you, this website is a total scam - steer clear!

I was so not happy with my most recent buy from this company. The box that the shoes came in was totally wrecked, but the packaging the shoes were in looked totally fine. They totally sent me a messed up box, and that just wasn't cool. And to top it off, the shoes ended up being too small. When I tried to return them, they hit me with a $7.95 return fee. Like, seriously?! That just made things even worse. I'm never shopping on this site again.
