ServiceI bought two pairs of shoes with my visa gift card, but they ended up being too big. So, I called to exchange them for a smaller size and ended up getting an $8 charge for the return label. To make matters worse, the agent tried to charge me an extra $20 for the shoes instead of just sticking to the original price. When I called them out on it, they wouldn't budge and refused to do a simple exchange. They wanted to put the money back on a gift card that I didn't even have anymore. Absolutely terrible customer service with no solution in sight. Gonna make sure everyone knows about this awful experience.
