Oversized Toms shoes returned for refund
I just bought a pair of Toms shoes, but they ended up being too big for me. I contacted customer service, returned them, and was promised a refund within 72 hours. However, it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back from the company. It's frustrating that they're not owning up to their mistake and giving me the service I deserve.
Bought shoes, big disappointment
What a total rip off! I waited two whole months for my shoes and they never even showed up. Their customer service is just the worst, didn't even bother responding to any of my emails until I had to bring in my parents for help. They straight up lie and don't give a darn about their customers. Don't even bother with this place, stay far away!
Espadrilles
I just picked up a pair of espadrilles, a style I've been into for years now. They're my go-to Summer shoes because they're trendy, well-made, and super comfy. And the fact that they're made ethically and sustainably is a big bonus that fits right in with my values.
Two shoe pairs purchase
My recent experience buying two pairs of shoes from the store was kind of a rollercoaster. One pair showed up fine and I was happy with it, but the other pair was totally not what I picked out. I let the customer service team know, and they quickly sent me a label to return the wrong pair. But instead of just swapping them out, they only gave me a refund for the mix-up. Dealing with all of this has been super annoying and frustrating, to the point where I'm not sure if I want to buy from them again.
Comfortable and stable shoes for long distance walking
The shoes I got from this store are just amazing. Me and my sister went on a three-week trip across Europe, hopping on trains, buses, and ferries to different cities like London, Paris, Barcelona, Badajoz, Lisbon, Porto, Santiago de Compostela, and more. Our shoes from this store kept our feet comfy and supported throughout our adventure. We were walking up to 10 miles a day, in all kinds of conditions, but our shoes never let us down. Even with my flat feet and bunion, these shoes kept me going without any pain. I'm so thankful for these shoes, they really helped us explore all those incredible places.
Email Discount Issue
I received an email with a discount code, but when I tried to use it, it wouldn't work. The customer service was friendly, but they made me go through a bunch of steps to try and solve the problem, which was frustrating. Even after showing them evidence of the discount, they still wouldn't assist me.
Online shoe purchase
Sorry, eh, but the shoes I ordered didn't show up when they were supposed to. UPS sent a pic of the delivery, but it wasn't at my place or with my dog. Trying to clear this up has been tough and taken up a lot of time, with tons of talk about help but not much action. They told me it'll take two weeks for an investigation, which means the birthday gift I got will be super late. I've spent hours trying to find out where the wrong delivery went.
Too short return window
I love buying stuff from here, but why is the return policy so short, seriously? Got a pair of shoes for Christmas that didn't fit, tried to return them right away, but missed the deadline according to their rules. Come on, give me a break! Ended up with a credit note instead of a refund, super annoying. They really need to fix this ASAP!
Palomar moc toe shoes purchased in November
I got myself a pair of Palomar moc toe shoes back in November and thought they looked great and felt comfy. But after only three months, I noticed that water is getting through the sole, which is not cool. I paid €190 for these shoes and they were supposed to be water-resistant. It's disappointing that they don't hold up as promised. They might be stylish and comfortable, but the water issue makes me question the overall quality of the product.
Darcy flats purchase
I just bought these Darcy flats back in October and I've been a fan of their shoes for years. But I noticed that there were some splits and the heel was starting to break on them. So, I decided to try and make a warranty claim. At first, they told me that it was past the warranty period. But then I replied back and I got a message from another person named Sheryl. She said sorry for the mix-up and offered to give me either a replacement or a credit on my account. I went with the replacement and they processed my order really quickly. I got an email confirmation not long after that. Overall, I thought the whole process was fast, simple, and super helpful.
Overpriced boots
I was really disappointed with the boots I got from this company. My husband bought them for me as a Christmas present, but they were too small and uncomfortable when I tried them on. When we reached out to customer service to exchange them for a bigger size, they said we missed the 30-day return window and couldn't help us. I think that's pretty bad customer service, especially around the holidays when you can't try on gifts before giving them. I feel like I wasted my time and money on these expensive boots that didn't fit properly. I won't be shopping with this company again, and I don't recommend them to anyone.
Recent footwear purchase
I bought a pair of shoes recently and they turned out to be disappointing. I was so excited at first, but they were slipping off my feet after only a few steps, which made them impossible to wear every day. They sorted out my address and I got my shoes in no time. The service was awesome!
Shoes
I just got my new shoes, eh! It was a bit of a rough ride getting them delivered, eh! The back and forth about when they'd arrive was kind of annoying, and I wasn't sure if I'd ever actually get my hands on them. But, lo and behold, they showed up today! At first, they were a bit snug, but after wearing them for a bit they started to feel real comfy, eh! And the material doesn't feel cheap at all, eh!
Quality products, amazing customer service
Just wanted to give a quick thanks to the customer service rep who really came through for me. I totally missed the return window for a Christmas gift mix-up, but they were super understanding and helpful. The stuff they sell is seriously top-notch - my purchase has held up through a full year of daily use, with just a few chew marks from my dog!
Two left shoes
I ordered two shoes but got two left ones, and they were different sizes! So I got in touch with customer service and they gave me a refund. Seems like they need to be more careful with their orders.
Boots arrived damaged, great customer service
I just bought a new pair of boots from this company, and they came in pretty beat up because of the bad packaging. The boots were damaged too, which was a bummer. But when I contacted customer service, they handled the situation really well and fixed everything fast and professionally. Gotta give them credit for being on the ball and making sure their customers are happy.

I just bought two pairs of shoes in my regular size, but man, was I let down by the quality! They both started falling apart after only a few wears. It was so frustrating. And when I went to return them online, I ran into a glitch saying I lived somewhere I didn't. But, after shooting them an email for help, I got a quick and helpful response with a working return link. The customer service was awesome, but those shoes were such a disappointment with their poor quality.
Lace-up canvas shoes
I recently got my boyfriend a pair of lace-up canvas shoes and he's really into them. He says they're super comfy and the design is spot on. He's pretty choosy when it comes to his kicks, so it's a big win. The shoes came from Germany in no time, but unfortunately, one of the shoelaces had a little issue when we got them. I decided to reach out to customer service using their online form, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me. They acknowledged the problem right away, took my concerns seriously, and presented me with a couple of options to fix it. All in all, I'm happy with how the shoes look and feel, and their customer service was on point.
