Oversized Toms shoes returned for refund
I just bought a pair of Toms shoes, but they ended up being too big for me. I contacted customer service, returned them, and was promised a refund within 72 hours. However, it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard anything back from the company. It's frustrating that they're not owning up to their mistake and giving me the service I deserve.

Elite dating service
As a customer of the Elite dating service, I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with my experience. I keep getting kicked out of the platform, and the matches I do get have incomplete profiles or are too far away. It's also annoying that I can't browse through more profiles to find better matches. Looking back, I wish I had listened to other unhappy customers before throwing my money at this service.

I've been using this survey site for a few good years now, and I gotta say, the payment process is top-notch. I always find plenty of interesting surveys to do, and they're easy to find on the site. It's nice that the payments come in real quick after finishing a survey. Definitely would recommend it to others!

Smart home products purchase
I bought some smart home gadgets from this company not long ago and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. The prices were fair and all, but I couldn't help but notice that the newer models seemed to have cheaper parts which left me a bit worried about how safe and effective they would be. When I brought up my concerns with the customer service folks, all I got was excuses and they didn't seem too bothered about my feedback. Personally, I wouldn't mind shelling out a bit more cash for higher quality products down the road.

Iron-on Patch Purchase
My experience buying an iron-on patch from that company was really disappointing. At first, the website was super confusing with all the different patch options, but I thought the iron-on one would be a patch. But when I got my order, it wasn't what I thought it would be. I tried to get help from customer service to fix it, but they weren't very helpful and kind of brushed me off. They did end up taking out the confusing choices from the website, but it was too late. In the end, I wasn't happy with the service I got.
