DIY home automation products
The DIY home automation stuff I got from this company is priced pretty fair and strikes a good balance between being hands-on and easy to set up. The Sonoff gear is all about giving you choices between doing it yourself or just setting it up without much fuss. However, I noticed that the app for controlling things isn't super flexible when it comes to automation, and it doesn't keep track of the history from the SNZB-02 temperature/humidity sensors. Also, the user manual they give you can be a bit lacking sometimes, which can make it tough to find basic info. It would be cool if they added a WIFI/ZigBee control gadget for CCT LED stripes/RBG LED stripes to their product range. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought, but there's definitely room for improvement in some areas.
Lost package, good customer service
When I found out my package went missing right at the last stretch of delivery, I was pretty frustrated and let down. I ordered these two really neat HMI displays, but the tracking number only worked for a few days and then it just stopped! I had no clue where my package was or when it would arrive. iTead should really improve their order tracking system!

The customer service and tech support at this store is really not great. It seems like a lot of the good reviews might not be real, unlike mine. When I asked for help with a tech issue, the answers I got were not helpful. Frankie, the staff person, seemed too busy to really help me properly. They didn't even answer my question about the daylight-saving time settings on their devices. The online forum wasn't much better, no staff stepped in to help. The products are okay, but the help after you buy them is pretty bad.
