DIY home automation products
The DIY home automation stuff I got from this company is priced pretty fair and strikes a good balance between being hands-on and easy to set up. The Sonoff gear is all about giving you choices between doing it yourself or just setting it up without much fuss. However, I noticed that the app for controlling things isn't super flexible when it comes to automation, and it doesn't keep track of the history from the SNZB-02 temperature/humidity sensors. Also, the user manual they give you can be a bit lacking sometimes, which can make it tough to find basic info. It would be cool if they added a WIFI/ZigBee control gadget for CCT LED stripes/RBG LED stripes to their product range. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought, but there's definitely room for improvement in some areas.
Lost package, good customer service
When I found out my package went missing right at the last stretch of delivery, I was pretty frustrated and let down. The tracking info from the local carrier wasn't making things any clearer, and I had no idea when or if I'd ever get my order. But I decided to reach out to customer service, and they were on the ball with a quick response. They took charge and actively tracked my delivery's progress. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, which really helped calm my nerves. And when it was obvious that my package was gone for good, they wasted no time in sending me a replacement. It arrived without any hiccups. I really appreciate their hard work in fixing the situation and making sure I got my order without any more delays.
Nextion NX1060P101-011C-I and accessories
I recently bought the Nextion NX1060P101-011C-I HMI and some accessories from this company, eh. The packaging was really good and made sure my stuff arrived safe and sound. I was pretty impressed by how they paid attention to the details there. When my package got stuck in customs, the customer service team quickly got in touch with me and told me to talk to the carrier to make sure everything went smoothly, eh. I really appreciated that level of customer service, for sure. The product itself is top-notch and went above and beyond what I was expecting, eh. The only thing I'd suggest is to also provide a pdf manual alongside the webpage format.
Efficient and reliable service
I just bought something from this company and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the service I got. Ordering was easy peasy and they kept me in the loop the whole time. I placed my order on a Wednesday and come Monday morning, my package was at my door in the UK thanks to DHL. The staff was great with keeping me updated on everything from receiving my order to dispatching it and when it was on its way. All in all, the service was top-notch and I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks a bunch for the amazing service!
Smart home devices
I gotta say, these smart home devices are amazing! They work like a dream and they didn't break the bank. I've got a whole bunch of them set up in my house, and let me tell you, they make life a whole lot simpler. Plus, the packaging was really nice, and there weren't any surprise customs fees to deal with. The delivery was really quick too - I had my stuff in hand in a flash.
Faulty Product Replacement
I just bought this product and it was messed up, had to call customer service. But talking to Frankie was great, he totally helped me out and got me a replacement for just the shipping fee. Now I'm waiting for it to arrive, it's super important for my project. Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how they took care of me. It was my first time with this brand, but I'm happy with how they handled things. If I ever need to, I'd be happy to try out and review their stuff for folks in New Zealand and Australia.
Smart home automation products
I just got some smart home gadgets and had a great time dealing with the customer service folks. I had a little hiccup with one of the products, but once I reached out to them, they quickly pushed out a software update to fix it up. I was super happy with how everything turned out and wouldn't hesitate to suggest their products to others. The quality of their stuff, especially Sonoff, really blew me away with how easy to use and efficient they were. All in all, a fantastic way to get your home all automated.

Micro USB Smart Adapter
I just bought a Micro USB Smart Adapter, but I lost the QR code needed to set it up. Luckily, Aron helped me out by giving me all the info and support I needed to get it up and running smoothly. His fast replies and friendly attitude really made a positive impact on my whole experience. I'm really happy with the great customer service I got.
