So I bought some smart home products from this company, and let me tell you, I've never regretted a purchase more in my life. The setup was a total nightmare, the app keeps glitching, and don't even get me started on the customer service. I tried reaching out several times and either got stuck on hold forever or passed around from one department to another with no solution. And on top of that, the prices were way too high for the crappy quality of the products. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

Unprofessional, lack of communication, ordinary.
I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. I ordered something and never got a confirmation. No updates, no communication at all. A month later and still nothing. The whole buying process was super stressful, definitely not worth the high price. It's just so average, and I'm so let down. They should be ashamed of themselves.
