    Skyla Stretch boots

    I got these Skyla Stretch boots at a store in Barcelona a few months back. Wore them only thrice and already the material on the right boot is giving out. Took them back to the store and they said I must have rubbed them too much, but I know I take good care of my shoes. A shoe repair place said it was the left boot heel causing the issue. Seems like the materials don't work well together and are ruining the boots. Really bummed to have spent a bunch of money on something that fell apart so quickly. Starting to doubt the quality of this brand, for sure.

    Bag for Christmas gift

    I just bought a bag from your store as a Christmas present for my wife. The whole ordering and delivery process had a bunch of problems that really let me down. First, I called the Bond Street store to ask about getting the bag and they said they could ship it to me for an extra £10, even though the website said delivery was free. That really bugged me, so I ended up just ordering online from Italy.

    I recently bought a pair of shoes online, and let me tell you, I was really let down. The quality of the shoes was not great considering the price I paid. They looked like they were messed up during shipping and the overall workmanship was lacking. The box they arrived in looked like a kid's art project, covered in red, blue, and orange marks. The shoes themselves were all squished and had permanent marks on the leather, which made them seem cheap and poorly put together. Even the dust bag that came with the shoes was cheaply made, with bad stitching and flimsy material. I was expecting way more from a high-end brand like this, and I am seriously bummed about my purchase.

    I recently bought a pair of chunky loafers from this store and had an issue with the quality after only wearing them a couple of times. One of the chain links chipped in two spots because of a little bump on a table leg. It was kind of a bummer, especially because of how much I spent on them. I reached out to customer service with some photos, hoping they could help or give me some advice on getting it fixed, but they just said no. It was a letdown, especially since I don't usually buy stuff like this and thought this company was supposed to be good, especially since they're all about being vegan-friendly. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me think twice about supporting them in the future.

    I gotta say, I was totally blown away by how quick and on point the service was with this company. Even though I saw some not-so-great reviews on Trustpilot, I figured I'd roll the dice and snag a bag that was on sale. Got confirmation of my order right away, then not long after that, I got a heads up that my bag was on its way. Can you believe it? Ordered on a Tuesday morning and had that bag in my hands by Wednesday afternoon! And it was all wrapped up nice and neat, couldn't have gone any smoother. The customer service was top-notch, went above and beyond what I expected.

    I just bought a pair of sneakers from your store and I gotta say, I'm really not happy with them. They were pretty pricey, costing me over $500, but they are super uncomfortable to wear. The back of the shoes is so stiff that my feet end up bleeding every time I wear them. I've never had such a bad experience with sneakers, especially ones that cost so much. The quality overall is really disappointing and I've had better luck with cheaper brands. I can't return them, but I wanted to let you know how I feel about it.

    Ya, so, like, the last time I bought stuff from this brand it totally let me down, eh. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. They say their stuff is top-notch and lasts forever, but honestly, what I got was way too pricey and not very durable. The gold coin thingy on the bag got all scratched up after just two times using it, and the fabric got all wrinkly after a little trip. And now they've jacked up the prices but haven't made the stuff any better, so I'm starting to wonder if they're actually legit or not. Plus, their customer service was pretty meh, using old-school ways to get in touch and not really helping me out with my issues. All in all, I think I wasted my cash on a brand that can't back up its big talk.

    My time at that store was pretty disappointing. They didn't have much of a selection, and the shipping choices weren't worth the extra money. Even though I paid for Next Day Delivery, my package from UPS got delayed by a few hours, and that really got on my nerves.     Handbag for daughter, then one for myself

    I was so looking forward to splurging on a handbag from this store, especially after buying one for my daughter last year. But oh boy, was I let down when the piping around the bag's edge started peeling off just a few months after I got it. When I reached out to customer service, they made me go through a bunch of hoops to send the bag back for repairs. I was hoping for better quality considering the price I shelled out. Dealing with all this was a huge hassle and super frustrating, not at all like the experience I'd get at a physical store.     Bag disintegrated due to poor quality

    I'm so disappointed! I bought a bag from this company and it completely fell apart after just a few years. The fabric quality was really bad, and when I tried to get it fixed, the customer service was awful. It took them forever to respond, and then they said they wouldn't fix it and sent it back to me damaged. How can a bag that costs $1,500 not last more than a few years? And to make things worse, they stopped making that bag, so I can't even try to get it fixed somewhere else. I definitely won't be buying anything else from this company after this terrible experience.

    I bought a handbag from your website not too long ago, but I had to send it back because of some unexpected stuff. I went through the whole return process and got a message saying the handbag made it back to you just fine. But, here's the kicker - I still haven't seen my refund.     Winter coat pre-order

    I recently pre-ordered a winter coat from this store, expecting it to be available by December 7th, 2021. But when I checked the website today, I found out that the new availability date had been pushed to January 25th, 2022. I contacted customer service and they told me there was a production delay, but I was disappointed that they didn't let customers know about it proactively. The lack of communication beyond the initial order confirmation email was discouraging, especially since I really needed the coat on time. Overall, the service and communication from the store were not great.

    Sunglasses purchase

    I recently bought a pair of sunglasses from this brand, and they weren't exactly budget-friendly. And then, while I was at a funeral, one of the screws that holds the lens in place decided to up and leave. Of course, given the circumstances, I couldn't find it. I tried contacting customer service to get some replacement screws, but they told me they couldn't help. It's pretty disappointing that a well-known company can't lend a hand to their customers for something as basic as this.
