I got this bikini from the store and it was a great experience. It was super easy to buy and came fast. The bikini was really good quality and I was happy with it. But when I tried it on, I needed a different size. Luckily, I could exchange it without extra delivery fees. The whole process went really well and I got my refund quickly. They confirmed the exchange right away and the service was impressive.

Briefs purchase
I've been buying stuff from this brand for a while now, but lately I've seen the quality really go downhill. The elastic in their underwear wears out way too fast, making them all misshapen even when they're brand new. It's kinda sad to see a brand that used to be so reliable start making cheap stuff in China and Vietnam.

Small Wednesday themed bag
I just bought this cute little Wednesday-themed bag online, but they sent me the wrong one by mistake. I was kinda bummed at first, but when I reached out to customer service, they were super helpful. Amy got in touch with me right away and sorted out a smooth return for me. She even gave me a $5 credit for my next purchase, which was really nice of her. I'm glad they fixed the mix-up quickly and made sure I was happy in the end. It's good to know they care about their customers like that.

Stay at fancy hotel
The hotel was really awesome! The rooftop Sky Bar had the most incredible views. The service was excellent and the rooms were so fancy. The only thing was it was a little bit expensive.

Pink Marble Floral cover and Popsocket
I'm super happy with my recent purchase from this store - I got a Pink Marble Floral cover and Popsocket! The cover has a rubber edge that adds some extra protection for my phone, which has been awesome for preventing any accidental drops. The only downside is that the rubber edge tends to get a bit dirty over time, which dulls the pink color a bit. But overall, the cover is still looking great with no scratches, and the metal logo hasn't faded at all.
Sadly, I accidentally broke my Popsocket and had to get a new one. I noticed that the new one I got had a black base instead of the white one that was shown on their website, so I messaged them on Instagram to ask about it. They replied quickly, saying sorry and acknowledging that it should have been white. They even offered me a full refund for the Popsocket, even though breaking it was my fault. I was really impressed by their excellent customer service and how fast they fixed the issue. Air conditioner compressor purchase
My car's air conditioner was acting all wonky, so my mechanic told me to look for a new compressor online to save some money. Found a sweet deal on the buyAutoParts website that saved me $200 compared to what my mechanic was asking for. Inkjet printer purchase
I just bought an inkjet printer from an online shop and it was a total letdown. Setting it up was a real struggle, so I contacted their customer service for some help. But instead of getting the support I needed, they passed me on to a technician who was just trying to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. It was such a waste of time and felt like a scam.
