New laptop warranty issue
I got myself a new laptop not too long ago, but it crapped out on me after just three weeks. So now I'm pretty bummed out, especially since I spent a good chunk of money on it. I reached out to customer service to get it fixed under warranty, and they said a tech would come to my place to fix it up. But it's been a solid two months now, and even after bugging them with calls, I still don't know when the tech is coming or if I can even get a replacement. It's been a real hassle.
HP Omen curved gaming monitor purchase
I just bought an HP Omen curved gaming monitor and had to use the warranty service because there was an issue with the display panel. I sent it in to get fixed or replaced and was really let down when I got an HP U27 office monitor as a replacement. This new monitor isn't curved and doesn't have what I originally wanted. It seems like HP's way of dealing with repair problems is just to swap out the whole thing instead of actually fixing it. I get why they do it that way, but as a customer, I care more about quality and dependability than just saving money.
Laptop purchase
My experience ordering a laptop from the online store was so disappointing, eh. The estimated shipping date they gave me was way off, and the laptop kept getting delayed without any good reason. Even when I tried to cancel the order, they said it was non-refundable and I had to wait for it to arrive before I could even think about returning it. The customer service folks weren't much help at all and didn't really care about my concerns. I've been a loyal customer of another brand for over 25 years, so this whole thing with the online store has just left me feeling frustrated and wishing I never gave them a chance, you know.
Ink subscription for new printer
I bought a new printer not long ago and it came with a 3-month free ink subscription. I was pretty excited about it at first because ink can be so expensive. But once the 3 months were up, I realized that any leftover ink from the subscription would go to waste if I didn't keep the subscription going. I think this is a sneaky way of doing business and not very nice to customers. It feels like they're trying to make us spend more money. I would advise others to think twice before taking the free trial, unless they're sure they'll use up all the ink.
InstantInk website frustration
I was really frustrated when I tried to cancel my InstantInk subscription on their website, it felt like I was going in circles for 15 whole minutes! And when I finally got through to someone on the phone, it was like we weren't even speaking the same language because I could barely understand them. What a pain! Now I'm swearing off HP printers for good. InstantInk is such a scam, especially if you're not printing a ton and just getting hit with charges for no reason!
Ongoing service agreement
My most recent experience with a service agreement for a printer from a certain brand has really left me feeling disappointed. The way the printer was set up almost seems like it was meant to keep customers paying high monthly fees and per-page costs, making it really tough to cancel without running into a lot of issues. After being stuck in this situation for a whole decade, I finally made the decision to completely break free from this brand. It was a challenging process to leave, and overall, the whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Print compatibility
I had a problem with my printer recently. It would only accept the brand's ink cartridges, so I had to buy their more expensive ones. The store brand cartridges used to work fine, but after a software update, they were blocked. When I contacted customer service for help, they weren't helpful at all and wanted $99 just to figure out the issue. It's not right that they limit our choices and then charge so much for help. I'm really annoyed by this whole situation. I definitely won't be buying from them again.
Wasted money on ink
This company's instant ink program is a total scam, eh? I ended up wasting a ton of money on their ink, only to realize that cancelling my subscription didn't do squat. They kept charging me for over 6 months, despite me trying multiple times to fix things up. It's just plain unfair how they run their business and exploit us customers. I'd steer clear of this company at all costs, if I were you.
Printer purchase
I gotta say, eh, I bought a printer from this online store, and I gotta tell ya, it's been a real letdown. The darn thing keeps sending me ink cartridges that I don't even need, and then I get overcharged. On top of that, it's always freezing up and I gotta keep rebooting it just to get it to work right. The customer service is just terrible too, not helpful at all. I'm feeling pretty ticked off and let down by this whole situation. To be honest, my experience with this online store has been a major bummer, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, eh.
Pre-ordered laptop
I had a laptop all set for pre-order, but my bank ended up declining the payment even though it was already going through. I gave HP a call but they were pretty rude about it and told me my order would be cancelled due to the failed payment. Ended up having to go elsewhere to get a laptop.
g2 earbuds
I recently bought a pair of g2 earbuds from the online store and I gotta say, I've been pretty disappointed with my purchase. Despite doing everything the company said to do, I just can't seem to get that right earbud to work. I keep hearing those connecting sounds, but no sound is coming out of the right side. I tried reaching out to HP for help, but their advisors were no help at all, and their website doesn't have the info I need to fix the problem. It's pretty frustrating to see a well-known company like HP selling products that don't meet expectations. I'd recommend holding off on buying Hewlett Packard products until they sort out these issues.
Ink service agreement
I was really let down by the ink service agreement I had with this company. Right after I decided to cancel my subscription, my printer suddenly stopped working. It's really annoying to think that they might have done something to make me keep using their service. I'm really upset about it and definitely won't be buying anything from them again.
Laptop purchase
I just bought a laptop online and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with it. I spent a lot of money on it, but after just a year of use it started glitching. It's been tough trying to carry it around in my bag even though I've been careful with it. I was really hoping for better quality and durability from a well-known brand.
Printer malfunction
Eh, the customer service I got was just terrible, I tell ya! My printer just decided to pack it in outta nowhere, so I reached out for some help. They sent me a new cord, but it didn't fix a thing. Then they tell me I gotta fork over a buck as a deposit for a replacement printer. The way those customer service folks talked to me was so robotic, like they were just reading off a script. Couldn't offer up any real help at all. Ended up feeling like I threw away a hundred bucks on a dud printer. From now on, I'm steerin' clear and grabbing my printers from a different company.
Bought printer, display not work.
I ordered a printer, eh, but the screen was busted. Talked to the tech guy on the phone, but he couldn't figure it out. He told me to toss it in the recycling bin, then promised a new one within 72 hours. Well, that never happened. It's been 2 and a half months now, and still no printer! They kept cancelling my claim because I forgot to send a photo. Had to send it 4 times, eh, which was a real pain in the backside. Finally, I might get my money back, and I already went out and bought an Epson instead.
Inkjet printer purchase
I just bought an inkjet printer from an online shop and it was a total letdown. Setting it up was a real struggle, so I contacted their customer service for some help. But instead of getting the support I needed, they passed me on to a technician who was just trying to sell me extra stuff I didn't need. It was such a waste of time and felt like a scam.
Printing issues with Officejet printer
I bought a printer online not long ago and it's been giving me a lot of trouble. I've called customer service multiple times but the printer still only works on and off. I have to constantly unplug it and wait to get it working again. It's definitely the worst performing printer I've had compared to other HP ones I've owned. I wouldn't recommend buying this printer at all.
