Wrong item received
Unfortunately, my first customer experience was not great. I ordered something online and got the wrong thing after a shipping delay. And when I told the company about the mistake, they sent a replacement without asking me first. And to top it off, the replacement was cheaper than what I originally paid. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on. So, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

Wasted money on ink
This company's instant ink program is a total scam, eh? I ended up wasting a ton of money on their ink, only to realize that cancelling my subscription didn't do squat. They kept charging me for over 6 months, despite me trying multiple times to fix things up. It's just plain unfair how they run their business and exploit us customers. I'd steer clear of this company at all costs, if I were you.

Amazing service
The lady who helped us, Maria Brenda Taboso, was seriously like a superhero! She was super quick in responding to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, she was so friendly, like a real-life emoji. I'm definitely going to rave to all my friends about her service because it was just that amazing!
