I was pretty excited to splurge on the quick 1-2 day delivery service for my order. But darn it, my stuff didn't show up until 3 weeks later! It was a huge pain in the butt for me. I was so disappointed with the late delivery and it made me feel like the extra money I spent on faster shipping was a total waste.

This company's instant ink program is a total scam, eh? I ended up wasting a ton of money on their ink, only to realize that cancelling my subscription didn't do squat. They kept charging me for over 6 months, despite me trying multiple times to fix things up. It's just plain unfair how they run their business and exploit us customers. I'd steer clear of this company at all costs, if I were you.

The lady who helped us, Maria Brenda Taboso, was seriously like a superhero! She was super quick in responding to all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Plus, she was so friendly, like a real-life emoji. I'm definitely going to rave to all my friends about her service because it was just that amazing!
