    Purchased mirror for renovation project

    I just bought a mirror from this company for a reno job I was working on. But when I finally opened up the package, I saw that the mirror was totally smashed. I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement or refund, but they couldn't help me out. Even though the mirror was wrecked as soon as I opened it, they said they couldn't give me any money back or send a new one. It's annoying to drop $126 on something that I can't even use now.

    King-sized quilt

    The king-sized quilt I bought was a real letdown in terms of size and quality. It didn't even fit my bed properly and didn't feel up to snuff. And when I tried to return it, I got hit with a return shipping charge and some other deduction from my refund. The whole situation was just really frustrating and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Wedding gift cards not honored

    I was pretty upset when I found out that Overstock wouldn't take my Bed, Bath, & Beyond gift cards even though they're connected. My husband and I got a bunch of those cards for our wedding, and we were planning on using them to buy stuff for our new place. But when I contacted Overstock about it, they weren't willing to help transfer the funds or give us a deal. I was really annoyed that they didn't try to find a solution or meet us halfway.

    Chair purchase

    So, I got this chair from this one website, and let me tell you, it was NOT good. Like, it had this big gross stain on it and the legs were all wobbly. And guess what? When I tried to return it, they charged me $22! Like, what?! It's not my fault the chair was a disaster, why should I have to pay to send it back? Not cool, Overstock, not cool at all. I'm definitely not taking a chance with them again if they're gonna charge me for their mistakes.

    Mattress pad purchase

    I recently bought a mattress pad from this company and man, it was a total nightmare! I ordered a mattress pad and got the wrong thing not once, but twice! It took over three whole weeks from when I ordered it for me to even think I might get the right one. When I finally decided to send the wrong items back, it was a real pain and took a lot of work.<br><br>After weeks of being frustrated, I finally got to talk to a real person after being on the phone for hours. They were nice enough to give me a refund, but the whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth. I suggest looking somewhere else for online shopping.<br><br>The customer service was a joke, their text support system might as well be a robot. The warehouse is a mess too, they can't seem to get orders right. In the end, I went to a good store like Walmart and got a mattress pad from them. To my surprise, I got the perfect cotton mattress pad the next day. It was like sleeping on a cloud, so comfy and waterproof.<br><br>Don't bother with this company, it's not worth the stress. Take it from me and go shop somewhere else.

    Sketchy shipment

    I'm so mad about what happened with this online store. I bought something from them, and it was supposed to come from a different seller, but that seller never actually sent it. They even printed the wrong address on the label, so I never got my stuff. And now they won't give me my money back, saying it's all up to the seller. It's been three days of going back and forth, with them making excuses and not fixing their mistake. All I want now is my money back for the thing they never sent me.

    Wrong item received

    Unfortunately, my first customer experience was not great. I ordered something online and got the wrong thing after a shipping delay. And when I told the company about the mistake, they sent a replacement without asking me first. And to top it off, the replacement was cheaper than what I originally paid. It was really frustrating not knowing what was going on. So, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

    I ordered this huge chair online, thinking it would be super comfy but man was I wrong. When I tried to send it back, their return policy was a total nightmare. It took me forever to get ahold of customer service, and when I did, they were zero help and could barely string a sentence together. Finally, when I managed to talk to someone, it was too late to return it. And get this - they wanted to charge me for shipping and would only give me store credit, with no promises. It was a mess.

    Eh bud, just gotta share this bummer story with ya about my recent furniture purchase from Overstock. Man, it's been a real letdown! The item I ordered was supposedly shipped out a month ago, but when it finally arrived, it was all busted up due to the shipping company's mishandling. I said no way, not accepting this wrecked thing, and tried to get a refund. But holy smokes, Overstock is draggin' their feet - taking a whole 3-4 days to even look into it. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager through text and calls, but they keep telling me none are available. Seriously? This lack of service is just brutal, leavin' me high and dry without my money or my stuff. Can you believe it, eh?

    Double Vanity purchase

    OMG, I am never buying from this store again! So, like, I ordered a double vanity, right? But it was a total disaster. First off, no order confirmation email. And then the tracking number didn't even work. And it took them forever to even contact me about delivery! And get this - they sent me a single vanity instead of the double one I ordered. When I called to complain, they straight up denied their mistake and said I wanted the single one. Can you believe that?? And when I tried to return it, they wanted over $500 for shipping! Not cool, man, not cool at all. My advice: stay away from this place and do not buy anything from them!

    Adirondack Chairs and Table

    Let me tell ya, ya might wanna steer clear of those Adirondack chairs and table I got from this website. The quality ain't up to par, and after just a few weeks, they already look all faded and beat up. I thought they were great and even told my pals to check 'em out, but now I wish I hadn't - their chairs look just as bad now. And don't even get me started on the customer service! It's a nightmare - can't even get a hold of anyone to complain or show 'em pics of how bad it is. Trust me, do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on these things.

    I was really disappointed with the sheet set and pillowcases I bought. They were not at all what I expected. When they arrived, they were low quality and not like how they were described online. I tried to return them right away, but was surprised to see that I had to pay a high return fee for each item. Even though they came together in one package, I had to send them back separately and pay separate fees. The customer service person I talked to wasn't helpful at all. They just kept saying the same thing about shipping refunds. Overall, dealing with the return was a real pain and letdown.

    So I signed up for Club O on Overstock because I heard about the free returns, which sounded great. But turns out, it wasn't as straightforward as I thought. Only certain items qualified for free returns, but that wasn't mentioned when I was placing my order. Most of my stuff was from third-party sellers, so returning them was a real pain. I had to email back and forth with the sellers, without Overstock's help, just to start the return process. It was way more complicated and time-consuming than I anticipated when I joined Club O.

No updates, no info on when my order would arrive. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a few times, but no response. It's really frustrating and I feel let down by how unprofessional they've been. As a customer, I think it's important to keep us in the loop about our orders, but this company just left me in the dark. On top of that, I can't even leave a review on their website, so it's like they don't even care what I think. My overall impression of this company is pretty bad, and I'd advise others to steer clear until they step up their customer service game.
