    Hey, man, I was super pumped to try out that promo code I saw on TV for some freebies, but it ended up being such a letdown! They advertised 6 DVDs and a welcome kit, but when I reached out, they claimed I had used a different code. Then, after calling back, they told me I had to spend $17 instead of the $1 shown on the screenshot. What a total scam, eh!

    Medium Trade case

    The Medium Trade case I bought was a total letdown. It got wrecked on the first use, even though it was supposed to be covered by warranty. I tried to make a claim and emailed the company several times, but got no reply. Their customer service is so frustratingly bad. It's really disappointing to be treated like this by a company. I've never had such a terrible experience with a product or company. Just steer clear and don't bother buying from them.

    Furniture set

    I recently bought a furniture set from this online store, and, to be honest, it was not a great experience. I placed my order, paid for it, and then nothing. No updates, no info on when my order would arrive. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a few times, but no response. It's really frustrating and I feel let down by how unprofessional they've been. As a customer, I think it's important to keep us in the loop about our orders, but this company just left me in the dark. On top of that, I can't even leave a review on their website, so it's like they don't even care what I think. My overall impression of this company is pretty bad, and I'd advise others to steer clear until they step up their customer service game.
