Lingerie set
I just got myself a new lingerie set from this store and there was a little mix-up with the order confirmation. I was kinda shocked to learn that they don't send out confirmation emails until your order is on its way. Luckily, this super nice customer service rep named Amy helped me out. She not only clarified their process, but also guaranteed that my order would be shipped within 24 hours. Now that's speedy service! Big thanks to Amy for her patience and all the info she gave me. All in all, I'm happy with my buy and the service I got.
6 items in a jiffy bag
So, I got some things, eh? And you know, it took a bit to get updates on tracking, but I chatted with customer service and they said all was good. Surprisingly, my stuff came earlier than expected, which was nice. When I opened the package, there were 6 items inside and they were smaller than I expected, but good quality, eh.

I just bought some adult toys and I gotta say, I was really happy with all the different options they had on the website. Ordering was super easy and the prices were fair. The quality was way better than I thought it would be. Plus, the delivery was quick and the packaging was really discreet, which was a nice surprise.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe it! I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing from this place! I tried to fix it on the website but, for some reason, my profile wasn't working properly. I ended up calling them twice, and they assured me that nothing had been shipped yet and my card wouldn't be charged. But lo and behold, my order just arrived today out of the blue! How frustrating! Good thing I record all my calls so they can't pull a fast one on me and claim that I never called. Ha!

This review is not for the faint of heart, eh. I was on the hunt for some new lingerie to spice things up in the bedroom, so I thought I'd take a chance and order a set from their online store, eh. The ordering process went smoothly, and I got the package in just a few days, eh. But, when I opened the box, I was disappointed to see that the lingerie set wasn't the best quality, eh. It looked nothing like the photos online and felt like it would fall apart after one wear, eh. I was not impressed, eh. I was hoping for something sexy and seductive, but all I got was a flimsy piece of material, eh. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again, eh.
Slow shipping, frustrating processing fees
This company has the slowest shipping I've ever experienced. It's like they're stuck in the 90's with their processing and shipping times. Even when I paid for express processing, it still took days to process my order. Processing fees on top of that? It reminds me of those old mail order infomercials with additional charges. Don't bother complaining because it's just going to frustrate you, and guess what? Your package still won't arrive on time. They use DHL "smart parcel" which just adds an unnecessary middle man to domestic shipping. Save yourself the headache and find another retailer to give your business to.
Vibrating massager & lingerie set
Eh, listen up folks, I really should've checked out the reviews before buying from this place. The customer service there is just brutal, I tell ya. I thought I was splurging on some treats, but ended up going through the worst time. They said my stuff was delivered when it definitely wasn't, and then had the nerve to blame the delivery service. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they straight up hung up on me during our chat. They clearly don't give a darn about their customers, and that's just not acceptable, eh.
battery-operated items
I just bought two things that run on batteries from your site, and to be honest, both of them didn't work at all right out of the box. I was super let down by how bad they were in terms of quality and performance. When I reached out to customer service about it, they were pretty blah and didn't really help. It felt like they weren't surprised by my complaint at all and just asked if I wanted my money back or a new one. Their lack of caring made me think that maybe this company isn't as good as they say they are. I'm still waiting for my refund, but I'm not too sure if I'll ever actually get it.
Promotional Email Campaign Order
My experience with this company was pretty disappointing, eh. I saw a deal in one of their emails that caught my eye, so I decided to make a purchase for that sweet discount. But when my stuff showed up, there was no discount to be seen. Plus, they made me sign for the delivery, which I didn't mind. When I asked why I had to sign, they just straight up canceled my order with no explanation. Honestly, their marketing and customer service skills are seriously lacking and so unprofessional.

This BDSM kit was so disappointing, eh. The quality was total garbage, the items were flimsy and fell apart after one use. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it was brutal. They couldn't care less about my concerns, and basically just told me tough luck. Not worth the money or the hassle, for sure.

I was super bummed about my whole situation with ordering from this company. Got an email saying my order was confirmed, but then it was nowhere to be found in my account. Tried to track it with the number they gave me, but it was like my order was just a ghost. Customer service wasn't much help, and kinda rude, didn't give me any answers. To be honest, I should have just gone to a store like Spencer's in the mall to get what I wanted. Would have been a way better experience.
Two items
I bought a couple of things from the store the other day and man, was I let down by the quality. They were like, seriously cheap and I didn't even bother opening them before deciding to return them. The return process was a huge hassle and honestly, not as smooth as other online stores I've shopped at before.
Intimate gift set
I bought a gift set from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I was pretty let down by the quality of the stuff in it. When I opened it up, I saw right away that some of the items had smudges, hair, and dust on them - it was just gross. I can't believe they would try to sell used stuff like that. It's not only unhygienic, but also disrespectful to customers who are expecting new and clean products.
Adult toys
I recently bought some adult toys from this company and man, was I let down. Turns out they're backing some person who's been accused of spreading harmful and offensive stuff online. I just can't endorse a company that's connected to someone so controversial.
