My experience with this company was pretty disappointing, eh. I saw a deal in one of their emails that caught my eye, so I decided to make a purchase for that sweet discount. But when my stuff showed up, there was no discount to be seen. Plus, they made me sign for the delivery, which I didn't mind. When I asked why I had to sign, they just straight up canceled my order with no explanation. Honestly, their marketing and customer service skills are seriously lacking and so unprofessional.

So I bought a little flashlight from your store not too long ago, and honestly, it was not up to par. The light was pretty weak, the switch felt really cheap, and the battery died super quickly. I was hoping for better considering how well-respected your company is for its top-notch stuff.
