    I just bought some tickets on this site and honestly, it was a letdown. The whole thing was kind of overwhelming. They kept asking for all kinds of personal stuff that I didn't think was needed. I mean, they wanted my bank info, my SIN, you name it. And then they wanted a picture of my driver's license, which seemed sketchy to me. I didn't feel good about sharing all that info.

    Backpack strap broke, waiting for replacement

    So I ordered this bag back in December, eh, and when it arrived, I was so excited. It was so stylish, practical, eh, exactly what I needed. But then, oh no, one of the straps broke less than a month later, eh. I contacted customer service, and it's been a total nightmare, eh. It's been 6 months now, and still no replacement strap, eh. The excuses they keep giving me, like it got lost in transit and it's not their fault, are just ridiculous, eh. If it's not their fault, then why am I still waiting for a replacement, eh? And seriously, if it's the carrier's issue, just switch to a different one and get me my strap already, eh. And don't even get me started on the warehouse - how is it possible that they can't find a replacement strap in 6 months, eh? It's starting to feel like they're making these things to order, which is just not acceptable, eh. The whole situation has seriously made me question the quality of their products and the reliability of their customer service, eh.

    Murder mystery party experience

    The murder mystery party we went to was so much fun! The game was easy to follow, but I did have to do a bit of prep as the host by reading through everything. Everyone showed up in costume, which made it even better, and some even did accents to match their characters. The questions were really entertaining and got everyone laughing. We all really got into our roles, chatting and gossiping all night long. We agreed we definitely want to do another mystery party someday. Only one person actually guessed the murderer right, which was a great twist in the game!

    Oh man, Dr. Anvita Bawa was awesome! She totally listened to me when my massive cat was going all wonky for some unknown reason. She gave me a bunch of great info and even set me up with a prescription for his hives. And get this - I could order his meds online and they arrived super quick in just 2 days!     Delayed baggage claim

    I was so disappointed with the customer service I got from an airline I used recently. When I picked up my baggage at London Heathrow Airport, I saw that it was all messed up. I quickly went to the airline's desk to tell them what happened and they gave me a number to use for making a claim online. I did everything they asked, sent in pictures of my wrecked luggage, and then had to wait for a response. But then I got an email saying my case was closed, with no explanation or compensation. When I tried to find out more about what happened, they just gave me another reference number and the same lousy outcome. This airline's customer service is terrible and really unprofessional. They clearly don't care about their customers or our stuff. I recommend steering clear of this airline whenever you can.

    Evolve2 75 headset purchase

    The Evolve2 75 headset I bought not long ago has some really cool features like noise-cancellation (ANC) and Sidetone, which are super important for my Teams video calls. But, I was bummed to learn that these two features can't be running at the same time. It kinda makes the headset not that useful for me. If the next model in the Evolve3 lineup fixes this, I might think about swapping my current headset. Even with this big issue, I gotta give props to the headset for doing well in other ways and for having an easy returns process.

    I thought I could just cancel this service no problem, but it's turning into a real nightmare! I have to get my wife to call them to cancel and it's such a pain.     I bought a charger from this online store that was refurbished. When I got the charger, it looked new, but it didn't work properly. I checked it out and saw that the ports were all corroded, which was not okay for a product I had just bought. I contacted the customer service team at A4C, and they quickly gave me a prepaid return form and refunded all my money. I was really impressed with how they helped me, and I'll definitely think about shopping with them again in the future.

    I just got my new uniforms from this company and you know what? I am not happy at all. The pant sizes are just terrible. I asked for a bigger size in the women's pants, but the waist is even tinier than the smaller size I had before. Like, how does that even make sense? It's like they don't know how sizes should be done. I am really let down by the lack of quality check on this and it makes me wonder if this company is even reliable. I wouldn't suggest buying uniforms from them if you want the right size.

    I got the same satin cargo pants in a different color, but they ended up being way too small. The sizing was totally off compared to my last order, which doesn't make sense at all. Even though the pants were 50% off, they wouldn't let me exchange them for a bigger size, which was really disappointing. And on top of that, I couldn't even get a hold of anyone in customer service to help me out. This was my 4th time ordering from them, but I won't be coming back for more.
