Broken toothbrush
My toothbrush broke 6 months ago and when I tried to get help, all I got was troubleshooting tips that didn't do anything. I ended up cancelling my subscription and switching to a different toothbrush that I prefer. Then, out of the blue, I got charged for a brush head that I never even got. The customer service has been no help at all and I'm really annoyed with the whole situation. I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone!
Delayed order, unresponsive customer service
I ordered something three weeks back, but haven't got it yet. The tracking hasn't been updated in days, and when I tried to get help, it was useless. I emailed days ago, but no response yet. The chat support was no help, just saying to email again. This customer service is not good enough. I'm frustrated and will contact my bank for a chargeback. Maybe then they will pay attention to my order number, which is 8913425.
Toothbrush purchase
I bought a new toothbrush from your company not too long ago, but I've been having the same quality issue again. I tried talking to your customer service team about it, but we haven't been able to fix the problem. I'm worried about the health risks that might come with this product. So, I'm thinking about switching to a different brand that I can trust.

This company is amazing to deal with! The customer service team was super nice, friendly, and quick in helping me with my missing charging cord problem. I can't thank them enough for responding so fast and fixing the issue. I really appreciate the great service!
Electric toothbrush purchase
I recently bought an electric toothbrush because my dental hygienist recommended it. But when I found out that the company signed me up for a subscription without my permission and saved my payment info, I was so surprised. That sneaky move made me feel like they were taking advantage of me. It's not right for a company to do that without asking first. I only found out about the subscription when I tried to delete my payment details, but they were locked because they were linked to the secret subscription. I can't support a company that acts in such a sneaky way and ignores its customers' rights.
Toothbrush and water flosser
I recently bought a toothbrush and a water flosser from this company. Unfortunately, when I got the products, I found out that the water flosser was broken. It wouldn't turn on or charge, so I couldn't use it. I tried to call customer service, but they were closed because they had lots of calls. Feeling frustrated, I ended up sending an email to customer service. They told me I had to go through the warranty process to get the broken item fixed. The lack of immediate help and the refusal to stand behind a defective product left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall customer service.

I bought these awesome toothbrushes that were really great at cleaning my teeth. But the company was being sneaky, trying to trick me into buying more stuff without asking me first. I tried to cancel, and it was like navigating through a maze to get out of it. Not cool!

Honestly, don't trust that company with the fancy website and nice products. They're all about trying to sneak you into subscriptions you don't need. It's a pain to cancel and they end up charging you for things you never even asked for. It sucks because the toothbrush is okay, but their sneaky ways ruin the whole experience.

Brush purchase
So, I bought a brush from this company back in March, and it's been nothing but trouble ever since. I tried to get help from them, but they're not taking any responsibility or trying to make things right. I expected better from them, especially as a hygienist. It looks like they're not willing to do what it takes to make their customers happy. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a brush from a different company.
