When I reached out to complain, they only offered to refund me £3 when I originally paid £26 for it. Can you believe that? Also, it's such a hassle to return items and I estimate it'll cost me over £10 just to ship it back. I'm not even sure if they'll give me a complete refund.

Support is pretty quick to reply, but the software problems just won't go away no matter how many times we try to fix them. The licensed version keeps switching back to trial mode, so we can't use it until Paragon fixes it on their end. We've been dealing with these issues for over a year now, going back and forth with tech support, and we're still stuck. It's been super frustrating, to say the least.
