Late and missing Christmas gifts
I ordered two jackets online expecting them to arrive before Christmas, but it's been over a month now and they still haven't shown up. I've sent several messages, but I haven't gotten any clear answers or an idea of when they will be delivered. It's really frustrating and unfair to be kept in the dark about my order after being told it would arrive before Christmas.
Hoodie for Christmas gift
I ordered a hoodie from this company for a Christmas gift, eh. But, I ran into a big issue with the delivery, ya know. The package got sent back to the company because they don't do deliveries to P.O. boxes, eh. This detail wasn't clear when I placed my order. It's been 6 weeks now since it got returned, and the company still hasn't sorted it out. As a customer who paid with Paypal, I'm in a tough spot and really need the company to step up and help me out, ya know?
Joggers and t-shirts order
I just got my order of joggers and t-shirts and they said no refunds or returns because it's final sale now. Why wasn't it final sale when I bought it? This isn't okay, I won't be shopping here again.
Unresponsive customer service
The customer service at this place is just terrible, eh? I've tried all sorts of ways to get in touch about my order - I called, sent emails, even messaged on social media. But every time, it's just silence. I even phoned the store directly, but just got redirected to the same unresponsive options. It's been 10 days since I ordered for in-store pickup, and still no updates or item. This is just not okay, eh?
BBQ jacket, extra large
I just bought a BBQ jacket in extra large, but they sent me the wrong one, not once, not twice, but three times! And to top it off, I still haven't gotten my refund after sending them back. I've emailed them multiple times with no response. It's disappointing to see a company that used to be so good now acting so careless and unprofessional.
Unpleasant shopping experience
I went to that store the other day and it was a total disaster. I didn't get any customer service at all, and the whole experience was just awful. The staff didn't help me at all and didn't even respond to me properly. It was really disappointing and now I'm not sure if I'll go back there again.
Shorts and t-shirt
I bought something at this store not long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. The customer service there is seriously lacking. I tried calling multiple times over the past week and a half when they were supposed to be open, but no one ever answered. My calls were never returned, and they didn't fix the problems with my credit card. It's really annoying to deal with such lousy service.

I put in an order on May 14th and I haven't heard a peep since then. I've sent two emails but still no response. I've been a regular customer of this brand for some time now, but the lack of communication and slow processing of my order has really let me down. I got this hoodie and jacket from the store and I used my mom's Paypal to pay for it. But then when I wanted to return it, they wouldn't give me my money back! Eh, don't bother buying stuff online, eh! I ordered a sweater and when I tried to return it, they asked why. I told them, but then they never got back to me, eh! I've been sending emails but they're straight up ignoring me. Their customer service is absolute trash, eh!

Online purchase during Black Friday
I was shopping online on Black Friday and I ended up buying two of the same dress in different sizes since I wasn't sure which one would fit me. Turns out, neither size worked for me and I wanted to exchange them. But here's the kicker, their return policy was ridiculous! They claimed it was final sale, even though there was no mention of that on their site. I tried contacting them through email several times but never heard back. Thankfully, when I went to a Bench store, they allowed me to exchange the items without any issues. So what's up with the double standard, Bench?

So, I got some new clothes from the store and let me tell you, the quality is top notch. The sale prices were really good too, made it even more affordable for me. But man, their phone customer service was a real let down. Supposedly open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EST, but no one ever picked up despite calling so many times. And my emails? Also ignored. Felt frustrated and like no one was listening, you know? And to top it off, there was a problem with my online order where I got overcharged compared to what I was supposed to pay. But with no help from customer service, I'm stuck. Makes you wonder, do they even have anyone working there?
