I recently bought a custom knife from this company and I was really happy with how good it turned out. They had lots of options to customize it and the final product was even better than I expected. The blade was super sharp and the handle was really comfortable to hold. It's definitely a great new addition to my collection. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who wants a top-notch custom knife.

I'm really unhappy with the customer service from this company. They didn't answer my calls or emails, and they won't take back items or give refunds. It's just not right that they aren't being responsible or upfront about things.
