I had such a bad experience with the company's communication. They sent half of my order late and said it was because some items were out of stock. Now it's March 18 and I still haven't got my full order since I placed it on February 22. They promised to give me extra points on my account, but I haven't seen them yet. It doesn't make sense to me why they were letting people buy stuff that they didn't have in stock.

I had such a great time at the store in Kingston, all thanks to Chloe! She was so helpful and friendly, and really knew her stuff. She spent a lot of time with me, giving me advice on changing piercings and getting new lobe piercings. I loved how she paid attention to all the little details and shared her expertise, it made me feel sure about my decisions. The A+M jewelry I bought was even better than I expected, and now I can't wait for my next visit to get something smaller.

I recently bought some adult KN95 masks from the store and have been using them for a while now. Let me tell you, these masks are really great! They fit nicely, make a good seal, and are super comfy to wear for long periods. I haven't had any issues with my ears or skin getting irritated, which has happened with other masks I've tried before. Plus, they're affordable, recyclable, and made right here in Canada, which is awesome. In this new normal where masks are a must-have, having a trustworthy supplier like Vida is a real blessing.

I was shopping online on Black Friday and I ended up buying two of the same dress in different sizes since I wasn't sure which one would fit me. Turns out, neither size worked for me and I wanted to exchange them. But here's the kicker, their return policy was ridiculous! They claimed it was final sale, even though there was no mention of that on their site. I tried contacting them through email several times but never heard back. Thankfully, when I went to a Bench store, they allowed me to exchange the items without any issues. So what's up with the double standard, Bench?

The monthly subscription model is such a scam. You end up losing the images you paid for if you forget to download them that month. And on top of that, you have to wait until they feel like activating the download option. When you try to ask them about it, they request irrelevant personal information and close the chat on you if you keep pushing. I would recommend staying away from this at all costs.
