I ordered this watch online and honestly, it’s the absolute worst 😡 It’s a total knockoff that could have passed for something from a cheap bargain shop! I really want a refund, this is just not okay at all 🙅♂️
masks
I bought these masks online and they're taking so long to come in. They told me it'd be 10-15 business days, but it's been way longer and no updates at all. Seems like they don't care about us customers. If you're thinking about ordering from them, make sure you can get your money back just in case they're trying to pull a fast one.
Mask purchase
I ordered some masks on August 9th. When I checked the product page, it said the masks were "in stock" and would ship in 5-7 days. But then I found out the company could take up to 10-15 business days. I tried reaching out to customer support, but I haven't gotten a good solution. I'm really disappointed and plan to tell my credit card company about this, in case it's a scam. Also, I learned the CEO was at a tech conference, which worries me considering the situation right now.
Recent fabric sample purchase
I recently got some fabric samples and they really blew me away. The colors and textures were so nice and cozy to feel. The quality was top-notch, with colors that really popped. I'll definitely be ordering again soon. The service was great and I really liked the attention to detail.
My mask order
The folks at that store took my money and told me my masks would arrive quickly, but it took them a whole 2 weeks to show up! When I messaged them to inquire about my order, all they did was give me some sorry excuse about the mail being slow. I don't buy that for a second!
Hand painted vibrant scarf
The hand-painted scarf I bought was so beautiful, just like they said it would be! The colors are absolutely gorgeous and the material is really top-notch. It did take a bit longer to get here, but they let me know ahead of time and it still came when I thought it would. I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely shop here again!

The masks from this shop have been a total game-changer for me, eh? Mask purchase for daughter
So, the other day, I had a bit of a scare when my daughter's masks didn't show up in the mailbox. We were all freaking out because she's really attached to those masks. But then I contacted the customer service team, especially this person named Jovy, and they totally came through for us. They were quick and effective, and they fixed everything up real good. It just goes to show how much this company cares about making their customers happy. It's no wonder they have such a great reputation for quality products. My daughter is super excited that new masks are on the way, and she's so grateful for how nice the staff was. You can bet we'll be coming back as loyal customers!
Protective masks
I just bought some protective masks from this company, and I gotta say, I was really let down by the quality and lack of trustworthiness. They say their masks are KN95 compliant, but there's no evidence to back that up. Actually, the masks are marked with an M95 rating that nobody recognizes. The company doesn't give any data to prove how much protection their masks really provide. To be honest, I think their marketing tactics are shady and unethical, so I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Face masks
I was really let down by those face masks I bought. The reviews were great, but the fit was not good at all - there were gaps on the sides and bottom even after I adjusted them around my nose and ears. And to top it off, one of the little plastic bits on the ear straps fell off the first time I wore it. I only gave them two stars because the material was decent and they arrived quickly.
Purchased anticipatory COVID vaccine protectors
I was happy that my COVID vaccine protectors arrived fairly quickly, but I was bummed to discover that even though I bought them in July, they still haven't been shipped after 20 business days. The website said they would ship in 1-3 days, but that's definitely not been true. It's frustrating that they're not giving any updates or offering a refund for the late delivery. Businesses really need to make sure their websites are accurate to avoid confusing customers. I really hope they sort this out soon so other customers, like me, who've been waiting patiently for their orders, don't face the same hassle.
KN-95 masks on 8/10
I bought some KN-95 masks on August 10th and I've only got part of my order so far. The KN-95 masks don't even have a shipping date. Their chart says they're not delayed, but I haven't heard anything about when they'll be sent out. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. Having a customer service number would make it a lot easier for help and clarification.
Cotton reusable masks with 99% filtration
These masks have been a real game-changer for me since 2020. I'm a barber and hairstylist, so I wear them for hours on end, and let me tell you, they're super comfy and really get the job done. I also love that I can add extra filters for more protection and that they're easy to clean. Plus, they look pretty stylish and come in all sorts of cool colours to match my outfits. I definitely recommend them to all my clients, no second thoughts about it.
Adult KN95 masks
I recently bought some adult KN95 masks from the store and have been using them for a while now. Let me tell you, these masks are really great! They fit nicely, make a good seal, and are super comfy to wear for long periods. I haven't had any issues with my ears or skin getting irritated, which has happened with other masks I've tried before. Plus, they're affordable, recyclable, and made right here in Canada, which is awesome. In this new normal where masks are a must-have, having a trustworthy supplier like Vida is a real blessing.
Sweatpants and sweatshirts
I'm really disappointed with my recent order of sweatpants and sweatshirts. It's been over a month since I placed the order and I still haven't received it. The lack of communication and customer service from the company is really frustrating. Customers shouldn't have to wait so long without any updates or solutions. I definitely don't recommend ordering from them since they've shown to be unreliable and untrustworthy.
Face mask with faulty metal nose piece and broken rubber adjusters
The face mask I bought turned out to be a real letdown. The metal part for the nose was weak and just felt like a bread bag twist tie. And to top it off, the rubber bits to adjust the ear loops were already snapped when I got it. It's really annoying to see such cheap stuff being used. Even though this brand gets good reviews in the media, I can't understand how they're getting all this praise.

Oh man, last year I got some face masks from them and they were great. My girlfriend ordered some too and had a really good experience. But this year, when I ordered more face masks on July 27th, it's been a mess. Even though I paid for two-day shipping, I still haven't gotten anything. The website said the masks were in stock, but I haven't heard anything about the delay. The lack of communication and bad customer service is so frustrating.
Colorful and well-fitting face masks.
I just bought these face masks from this one spot and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! The patterns on the masks were so cool and colorful, I was all about it. And let me tell you, the fit was spot on - they fit both me and my partner, who has a big face and a beard. Unfortunately, he lost his mask so he can't wear it anymore. My one gripe is that they dropped even more awesome patterns right after I made my purchase, which was a bummer.
4 solid color masks with ear loop toggles
I recently got a set of 4 solid color masks, and two of them had extra toggles for the ear loops. Sadly, when I tried to put on one of the masks for the first time, one of the toggles broke in half. It was disappointing because I was hoping they would hold up well with regular use. I tried using one of the extra toggles, but no matter how many times I tried, I couldn't get the loop through. In the end, I had to sew one of the loops in place to make sure the mask stayed on my face. Now, I'm thinking about sewing all the toggles on beforehand to prevent any unexpected breaks in the future.

These masks are amazing! They're really comfortable and I love that they have filters to keep me safe. The nose guard and bands make sure it fits perfectly on my face so no germs can get through. And the best part is they can be washed many times. VIDA masks are definitely the top choice for comfort, safety, and price!
