Bounce case purchase
The phone case I got from this company was really nice and did a great job at protecting my phone. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a mishap where I dropped my phone from chair height onto a hard floor. This caused the back of the phone to shatter even with the case on and the screen to crack under the screen protector. So I reached out to their customer service team, sending them photos and explaining what happened. They couldn't do anything about the screen protector, but they did give me a full refund for the case that was on my phone when it broke. This refund really helped me out with the cost of fixing my phone, and I'm grateful for their understanding and help. All in all, I'd recommend this company because of their awesome customer service.
Phone case with variety of design and color options
I've never seen a phone case with so many different designs and colors, plus you can choose from a variety of case frames too. The paint on it is super tough, it can handle a lot of rough treatment and still looks great without any chipping. I've dropped my phone on hard surfaces like concrete and tile multiple times, but the screen is still in one piece, not a single crack. Buying it is easy, and getting the package is always a fun surprise, they really pay attention to all the little details and care about their customers. It might seem a bit pricey at first, but the quality of protection makes it totally worth it. My phone hasn't had any damage at all since I got it.
Two Casetify cases
I just bought a couple of cases from Casetify - I got the model impact case with MagSafe and the ultra bounce case with MagSafe. So far, I've been rocking the ultra bounce case and it's been awesome at keeping my phone safe. But my girlfriend tried out the other model and ran into a screen problem after a few months. When I reached out to Casetify's customer service, they didn't want to cover it under warranty at first. After some back and forth, they eventually agreed to send a replacement, no strings attached, which made me pretty happy.
Phone case protection and design
I just got a phone case from this company and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with how well it worked. Not only did it keep my phone safe, but it also had a cool design that I really liked. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone by accident and the case got a bit damaged. But when I reached out to customer service, they got back to me right away and said they'd send me a new case at no cost. All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase and the help I got from customer service.
Great case, terrible website
The case I bought was top-notch and the design was real nice. But man, the website and the whole ordering thing were a hot mess. I was trying to get it sent to South Korea but the site was asking for my name in Korean, which was a big problem 'cause my name just doesn't translate like that. I had to either have some weird version of my name or cough up an extra 20 bucks for DHL shipping.
Silver member welcome gift
I was so happy when I got a nice surprise from Casetify as a silver member! Usually, I just expect a special birthday deal when my birthday month rolls around. But this time, I also got a discount coupon right when I became a silver member. It really made me feel appreciated as a customer.
Cute Designs & Impact Protection
I've been shopping at this online store for a few years now and I gotta say, I'm always amazed at how many cute phone case designs they have. And those impact cases? They're top-notch for keeping my phone safe from any accidental drops or bumps. Oh, and let me tell you about this wrist charm I bought from there two years back - still going strong! Sure, a couple beads have faded from all the wear and tear, but that's to be expected.
iPhone case
The products are amazing, top-notch quality and eco-friendly. Yeah, the shipping did take a bit longer than I thought, but the customer service team was fantastic! They were super quick to help me out when I got the wrong product. They fixed everything right away and even sent me the right product with priority shipping at no extra cost. All in all, I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely be buying from them again.
Phone case purchase
I just bought a phone case from this site and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with it. But man, let me tell you, I had some issues when I was tryna pay for it. Every time I tried to check out, I kept getting error messages on the site, no matter what payment method I used. This glitch made the whole buying process drag on for three whole days! But hey, when that phone case finally showed up, I was impressed with the quality.
Return claim handled well
I was really impressed with how the company handled my return claim. They took the time to explain why I wasn't eligible for the extended warranty at first, but still gave it to me because their website wasn't clear. I liked how they paid attention to the small details and made sure I was happy. Their quick responses also made everything go smoothly.
Phone case purchase
As someone who really cares about keeping my phone safe, I gotta say I was pretty let down by the phone case I got from this company. It was supposed to be a sleek black matte case, but it ended up getting scratched up right away on the first day, even though I didn't put anything sharp in my pocket with it. Shows that the quality and durability just aren't up to par with this product. Definitely won't be buying from them again - gonna start looking for a phone case that can actually protect my phone and last a while. And to top it off, the updates on when my delivery would arrive were way off, making things even more inconvenient.
Scratch-prone case
The case seemed really nice at first, but it got scratched up pretty fast and now it looks kind of dull. It's a bit of a letdown, especially for how much I paid for it. But, on the bright side, it's been doing a good job of keeping my phone safe and it still looks great. The scratches have definitely taken away from how good it used to look, so now I'd say it's just okay in terms of quality.
Overpriced collab products
I can't deny that I love the collab products by C********, but come on - the prices are so high. Who would actually pay that much for a phone case? I'll just stick with Apple's official cases. They might not be as fancy, but they're way more affordable. The only thing tempting me to buy from C******** is that adorable Doraemon strap.
Pink and blue phone case
The phone case is really cute and it fits my phone just right. The buttons are easy to push and the cutouts are in the right spots. But, the pink half is more coral or salmon than the rose pink in the pictures, which was a letdown. Still, I'm pretty pleased with how well-made and designed the case is.
