I hated the warranty that came with this case. It only lasted six months, and that's way too short for how much I paid for it. I've bought tough cases in the past, but they always end up breaking within the warranty period. I think I'll just stick to getting cheaper cases from now on since they last just as long. Why do we even have to pay more for a longer warranty?

I got this really cool screen protector for my phone, but it cracked after only like 2 weeks! I didn't even drop my phone, can you believe it? I tried to get in touch with the company, but they asked for photos of the crack, which I couldn't do because I didn't want to remove the protector and possibly harm my phone. They said they couldn't assist me without the photos, and they even mentioned that screen protectors aren't covered by the warranty! Such a joke, right? But then, they contacted me and said they would replace it as a one-time thing. Thank goodness!

I just bought a couple of cases from Casetify - I got the model impact case with MagSafe and the ultra bounce case with MagSafe. So far, I've been rocking the ultra bounce case and it's been awesome at keeping my phone safe. But my girlfriend tried out the other model and ran into a screen problem after a few months. When I reached out to Casetify's customer service, they didn't want to cover it under warranty at first. After some back and forth, they eventually agreed to send a replacement, no strings attached, which made me pretty happy.

I was really impressed with how the company handled my return claim. They took the time to explain why I wasn't eligible for the extended warranty at first, but still gave it to me because their website wasn't clear. I liked how they paid attention to the small details and made sure I was happy. Their quick responses also made everything go smoothly.
