I was dreading this — my phone's glass already cracked once, so I needed the case and screen protector fast. Order sat a few days before they shipped, which stressed me out. I reached out to customer service and they actually got back quickly and arranged shipping; not perfect but better than nothing. Delivery was slower than the other company I used, but in the end everything arrived and I'm relieved. Would use them again, cautiously.

I kinda jumped in and ordered last week, started using the items yesterday. Delivery showed up on time and packaging was fine, no damage. Customer service took a day to reply when I asked about one design I didn't like, so not great but okay. The weird "cheeks" phone case almost made me cancel — not my thing and felt inappropriate. Product works though, not perfect, but usable. I'll keep an eye on long-term use.

I wouldn’t order from them again. I needed a replacement phone case before a trip and paid about £74 with express delivery, expecting it fast. I’d bought from them twice a while ago without issues, but this time the order stayed “pending for production” past the delivery date and my messages got no reply. Feels sloppy, and seeing other recent similar reports made me lose patience — disappointing, honestly, I won’t risk it again.

The phone case I got from this company was really nice and did a great job at protecting my phone. Unfortunately, I had a bit of a mishap where I dropped my phone from chair height onto a hard floor. They couldn't do anything about the screen protector, but they did give me a full refund for the case that was on my phone when it broke. This refund really helped me out with the cost of fixing my phone, and I'm grateful for their understanding and help. All in all, I'd recommend this company because of their awesome customer service.

The products are amazing, top-notch quality and eco-friendly. Yeah, the shipping did take a bit longer than I thought, but the customer service team was fantastic!
