Worth it — needed for a move, was skeptical but happy

the buttons line up, the camera cutout is perfect, the thing feels premium in your hand. But here’s the kicker — the frame didn’t last. After a year and a bit the plastic started to crack at the corner. I’ve had cheaper plastic cases go five years without drama, and my pricier aluminium one is still fine after seven. So yeah, nice design and fit, but the durability is disappointing. I even tipped off a coworker about these cases because they looked great, and then felt awkward when hers cracked early too. The warranty is something else — I bought once online, another time in a store, and the coverage seemed to change depending where it was sold. Makes you wonder if planned obsolescence is a business strategy. Would I buy another? Maybe, because they look and feel great, but I’ll be braced for a short run.
