I bought these masks online and they're taking so long to come in. They told me it'd be 10-15 business days, but it's been way longer and no updates at all. Seems like they don't care about us customers. If you're thinking about ordering from them, make sure you can get your money back just in case they're trying to pull a fast one.

The folks at that store took my money and told me my masks would arrive quickly, but it took them a whole 2 weeks to show up! When I messaged them to inquire about my order, all they did was give me some sorry excuse about the mail being slow. I don't buy that for a second!

I was happy that my COVID vaccine protectors arrived fairly quickly, but I was bummed to discover that even though I bought them in July, they still haven't been shipped after 20 business days. The website said they would ship in 1-3 days, but that's definitely not been true. It's frustrating that they're not giving any updates or offering a refund for the late delivery. Businesses really need to make sure their websites are accurate to avoid confusing customers. I really hope they sort this out soon so other customers, like me, who've been waiting patiently for their orders, don't face the same hassle.

I'm really disappointed with my recent order of sweatpants and sweatshirts. It's been over a month since I placed the order and I still haven't received it. The lack of communication and customer service from the company is really frustrating. Customers shouldn't have to wait so long without any updates or solutions. I definitely don't recommend ordering from them since they've shown to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

Oh man, last year I got some face masks from them and they were great. My girlfriend ordered some too and had a really good experience. But this year, when I ordered more face masks on July 27th, it's been a mess. Even though I paid for two-day shipping, I still haven't gotten anything. The website said the masks were in stock, but I haven't heard anything about the delay. The lack of communication and bad customer service is so frustrating.
