CommunicationI ordered some masks on August 9th. When I checked the product page, it said the masks were "in stock" and would ship in 5-7 days. But then I found out the company could take up to 10-15 business days. I tried reaching out to customer support, but I haven't gotten a good solution. I'm really disappointed and plan to tell my credit card company about this, in case it's a scam. Also, I learned the CEO was at a tech conference, which worries me considering the situation right now.

CommunicationI bought some KN-95 masks on August 10th and I've only got part of my order so far. The KN-95 masks don't even have a shipping date. Their chart says they're not delayed, but I haven't heard anything about when they'll be sent out. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency. Having a customer service number would make it a lot easier for help and clarification.
