This company is a complete disaster. I bought a hat and when it arrived, it was damaged. When I contacted them for a refund, they said I'd get all my money back. But then they took $8 off for shipping without telling me. It's not right, I should get all my money back for their mistake. After reading other people's experiences, I'm worried I won't even get my refund at all. And to make things worse, my friend had his delivery stolen and they wouldn't do anything about it. Their customer service is terrible, they just send automated messages that don't even help. It's shocking how they treat their customers.

Their customer service was fantastic, and I suggest using live chat for any questions or problems with your order.

It's not my fault you messed up, why should I have to wait even longer for the right thing? They say sorry and all, but it's like, are they really sorry or just saying it? I used to think this brand was awesome, but now, I'm like, AVOID them at all costs!
