Ordered some stuff
So, you know, I've bought stuff from this place like 5 or 6 times, and, like, almost every time something's gone wrong. Who's even checking these orders before they ship them out, you know? And when I reach out to customer service, they're nice and all, but all they do is offer to send a replacement that'll take forever to arrive. Like, come on? It's not my fault you messed up, why should I have to wait even longer for the right thing? They say sorry and all, but it's like, are they really sorry or just saying it? I used to think this brand was awesome, but now, I'm like, AVOID them at all costs!

My subscription for many years
I've been subscribed for so long trying to support the peeps, but the buffering is like every 20 seconds, so frustrating. I can't even. Even those sketchy sites have better quality! It's not just occasionally, it's every single time, every show, every day. What even is going on?
