Two hats
I ordered two hats and had to wait for weeks for them to even ship. The lack of communication and slow delivery time was really disappointing. Sending out a simple order shouldn't take that long. I started to feel like I would never get my hats. If they want to keep customers coming back, they really need to work on improving their shipping process and giving clearer timelines.
Hat order
I wasn't sure about ordering at first because of some bad reviews, but I took a gamble and went for it. I was actually pretty happy when my hat showed up after just a week, even though I was worried about it being slow. The hat's quality was top-notch, and I'm really liking it. The bummer was that I couldn't cancel or change my order once it was in. But all in all, it was a good experience and I'd totally think about ordering from them again down the road.
Three hats for my dad
I bought three hats for my dad from here, and they all arrived super quickly. However, one of them didn't fit him right. I tried to request a different size or a refund, but they refused because it was on sale. I explained that the hat was defective compared to the others, but they're not listening to me. Now my dad is stuck with a hat that doesn't fit him at all, and it's just not right!
Recent online purchase
I gotta say, the customer service at this company is just terrible. I bought something online not too long ago and it was just a complete nightmare. They're in another country and don't even have a phone number to reach them at. They never answer emails, except for some robot response that doesn't help at all. Usually, I check out a company before buying from them, but I didn't this time and now I wish I did. Don't waste your cash or time on this company, just avoid them altogether.
9Twenty hats
I just bought a 9Twenty hat from this store, but I was kind of let down when I saw it wasn't as sturdy as I thought it would be. It ended up being floppy and not very firm. The material was good quality though, and I liked the design. But just a heads up, if you want a structured hat, you might want to be careful when picking one out from here.
Expedited shipping disappointment
I just bought something and paid more for fast shipping, but I still don't have it as of Jan 2nd. I've been trying to reach customer service by phone, email, and even Facebook, but nobody is getting back to me quickly. The automated emails are slow and it's annoying to not talk to a real person. This has been a terrible experience and I won't be shopping with them again.
Baseball cap purchase
Hey there, trust me and don't bother ordering from them directly. I bought a baseball cap from them, and you won't believe it - they canceled my order for no good reason! It's ridiculous. Save yourself the trouble and check out another store like lids. The customer service from this company is seriously lacking.
Hat purchase
This company is a complete disaster. I bought a hat and when it arrived, it was damaged. When I contacted them for a refund, they said I'd get all my money back. But then they took $8 off for shipping without telling me. It's not right, I should get all my money back for their mistake. After reading other people's experiences, I'm worried I won't even get my refund at all. And to make things worse, my friend had his delivery stolen and they wouldn't do anything about it. Their customer service is terrible, they just send automated messages that don't even help. It's shocking how they treat their customers.
Multiple orders in December
So, here's the situation, eh? Back in December, I made three different orders, right? But, here's the thing, I still haven't gotten any of the stuff I bought. I've tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, but no luck. They haven't given me any useful info about where my orders are at. I've been a loyal customer for years, so this lack of communication and service is really getting to me, you know?
New hats
Just got two new hats from this store and I'm so excited about them! I went with hats instead of snapbacks because I wasn't sure about the sizes. The quality of the hats is really good and they arrived right on time as promised. I know some people are complaining about having to pay for returns, but that's pretty standard for online shopping. That's why I stuck with hats instead of fitted caps. Some folks are saying they had tracking issues, but that's not New Era's fault, it's FedEx's problem. Once FedEx has the package, it's all on them. My hats arrived exactly when they said they would.
Hat purchase
That's it, eh. This company is a total scam, don't bother with their stuff. We bought a hat that was too small and wanted a refund. It all started off easy peasy, quick replies to our emails asking for a refund. But as soon as we sent the hat back, it all went south. No refund, nada, and they're not answering our emails for an update. FedEx said they got the hat, so where's our dough? There's no doubt this company is up to no good, total scam. Stay far away from them, I'm tellin' ya.

In today's world of shopping online, I can't believe it took more than two weeks for my two hats to arrive from New Era. And to top it off, there's no surety they'll come by the latest promised date. It might even take three weeks or longer, who knows? Needless to say, I won't be buying from them anymore.
Had to buy hats somewhere new
I bought some hats from here 'cause LIDS was all sold out. But then they charged me for a Christmas ornament I didn't even want! I sent it back like they said on the website but they still haven't given me my money back. I keep emailing them but all I get are silly emails saying they'll get back to me in 4 days. It's been forever and still no credit!
Clothing items
So, I went to this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, I was so let down by the manager. She was totally clueless and didn't seem to care at all about the stuff they were selling. It's just too bad that someone like her is running the show when all the other employees are doing such a good job.
Oversized cap
I bought a cap that was way too big for my head, eh. I tried to return it through the portal, but it was a nightmare, ya know? Kept getting an error message even though I double-checked my order number. I emailed for help, but all I got was the same useless response to use the faulty portal. I couldn't even call in for assistance because their phone service is missing in action. I'm absolutely fed up with this experience, eh.
Lakers sweater purchase
I bought a Lakers sweater for a Christmas gift, but it never showed up. I tried emailing the company many times with no luck. It wasn't until I went to the BBB that they admitted their mistake and said they'd give me a refund, but I still haven't gotten it. Seems like this company has a habit of not communicating well and taking forever to fix things.
