SIM card troubleshooting assistance
So I wanted to share this annoying story about my experience with customer service. I called them four times trying to get help with my SIM card, but each time I had to explain everything all over again because they didn't keep track of what they had tried before. Eventually, they sent me a new SIM card, but surprise surprise, it didn't work either. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got an email out of the blue saying my account was cancelled without any real reason. When I asked for an explanation, the response I got was not very helpful, to say the least. So I decided to just cancel my account altogether because of the lack of help and the terrible communication. Can you believe that?

I often swing by for the blends and flavored teas because they just hit different compared to other places. I tend to go for blends over single-origin teas since I think I can find higher quality and better prices elsewhere. The flavored teas are top-notch and never taste artificial like some other brands. I also love that most of their teas are loose leaf, which works perfectly with my disposable tea bags.

Slow delivery
Honestly, shopping at that store was a total nightmare. I ordered my stuff and had to wait forever for it to even be sent out, like a whole week! And then the shipping? Don't even get me started. It took over a month each time to receive my items! Do they even know how to run an online shop? Other companies can get stuff from North America to Macau in about 9 days, but this place from Singapore takes an eternity. It's like their warehouse is in a whole other world or something! It's just ridiculous!

Two hats purchased for Christmas
I bought two hats for Christmas but they were the wrong size. I returned them almost a month ago and still haven't gotten my $89 back. I've seen others with the same problem. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to call and fix this. They might be ripping off customers, especially during the holidays.
