Red dress purchase
Love, Bonito was actually recommended to me by a few friends, so I thought I'd give it a shot with a red dress. Normally I'm all about the more neutral colors in my wardrobe, but that red dress really caught my eye and I got a ton of compliments on it. It got me thinking that maybe I need to be more adventurous with color in my outfits. And you know what? It really does boost my mood. The styles are on point and the quality of the stuff is top-notch. Although, I have noticed that the sizing can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it fits like a dream and looks amazing, but other times it's a little funky. Luckily, returns have always been smooth sailing for me. I only just found out that the customer service peeps can give you sizing tips, which I found super handy. In terms of shipping, it's not super speedy like Amazon, but it's not too shabby either – kinda like Zara level. All in all, I've had a pretty good run with this company.
Petite-friendly clothing, good quality
I absolutely adore shopping at this store for their fantastic selection of clothing that is perfect for petites! The quality of their clothing is amazing, some pieces are even thicker than I expected, which makes them last longer than typical fast fashion items. I always make sure to air dry their clothes to keep them in top shape. One little tip I have is to really pay attention to the sizing for each piece, as it can vary. Returns through the mail can be a bit of a hassle, so getting the right size on the first try is key. It would be incredible if they opened a store in California, it would make shopping so much more convenient for us West Coast folks.
Fashionable and Reasonably Priced Items
I've shopped a few times and every time, I'm blown away by the quality and style of the items, eh. The website is easy to navigate, and the shipping and return process is clearly explained, you know? Sure, it's not free returns, but come on, nothing in life is free, eh. You need to do your part and read the terms and conditions, people! I always make sure to carefully read the descriptions and reviews to ensure I get the right fit, but that's just common sense. The clothes are well-made and on trend, so it's definitely worth it, for sure.
Clothing, fabric, design
I recently bought some clothes from this store and I gotta say, I really dig the fabric and design. But ya know what bugs me? The tags on the clothes are super scratchy. I've got sensitive skin and it irritates it, so I always end up cutting 'em off. Hopefully they can fix that in the future, eh?
Top that didn't fit
So I picked up this top that just didn't fit me quite right, but the folks in customer service were so helpful and friendly, even though it was on sale. They really go the extra mile for their customers, and Angie was amazing in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thanks a bunch, eh!
Recent purchase disappointment
Lately, I've been noticing that the prices at this store have been going up quite a bit. The stuff they have is just okay, nothing special. I've been able to find similar things for a better price in other places. But, I do have a few favorite items from past purchases that have lasted a long time. In general, I don't really come here to shop as often as I used to.
