3 dresses
I went to the store at Waterway Point the other day and bought 3 dresses that I liked. While I was waiting at the cash register with my kids, a staff named Iry came over in a really rude way, telling us to move our stuff from the counter next to us. Her attitude and tone were totally unprofessional and uncalled for. It was a not so great experience that kind of ruined what could have been a nice shopping outing. I hope the management does something about this for the other customers.
Stylish outfits
I'm so happy with my recent buys! The clothes are bang on with style, the fabric is top-notch, and the fit is just right for me. My shopping trip at this store was a total win!
Red dress purchase
Love, Bonito was actually recommended to me by a few friends, so I thought I'd give it a shot with a red dress. Normally I'm all about the more neutral colors in my wardrobe, but that red dress really caught my eye and I got a ton of compliments on it. It got me thinking that maybe I need to be more adventurous with color in my outfits. And you know what? It really does boost my mood. The styles are on point and the quality of the stuff is top-notch. Although, I have noticed that the sizing can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it fits like a dream and looks amazing, but other times it's a little funky. Luckily, returns have always been smooth sailing for me. I only just found out that the customer service peeps can give you sizing tips, which I found super handy. In terms of shipping, it's not super speedy like Amazon, but it's not too shabby either – kinda like Zara level. All in all, I've had a pretty good run with this company.
Clothing, fabric, design
I recently bought some clothes from this store and I gotta say, I really dig the fabric and design. But ya know what bugs me? The tags on the clothes are super scratchy. I've got sensitive skin and it irritates it, so I always end up cutting 'em off. Hopefully they can fix that in the future, eh?
Returns Procedure
The return process at this store is just terrible, eh. It's so annoying and takes forever, which is totally not cool in today's fast-paced world, you know. And on top of that, they don't even give refunds, just store credit, which is super annoying. No customer should have to put up with this nonsense, especially when the clothes are only okay quality, you know. It's a big pain that I really don't wanna go through again, eh.
Recent online clothing purchase
I just bought some clothes online and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole experience. The website was so easy to use, I had no trouble finding exactly what I wanted. The descriptions of the products were really detailed and spot on, which made me feel good about my decision to buy them. And let me tell you, the quality of the clothes was even better than I expected. Everything was really well-made and looked like it was gonna last.
Recent order disappointment
I used to really like shopping here and telling my friends about it. The clothes were always good quality and decently priced. But my last order was a big disappointment. The sizes were all wrong and the material felt cheap and itchy. I was so surprised by how bad it was that I couldn't believe it was from the same brand I used to love. And to top it off, I got the order right before a work trip, so by the time I got back, it was too late to send back the stuff.

Order too small
Oh my goodness, you won't believe what happened! I bought something, and right away I noticed that it was too small. So I tried to exchange it, but they refused! I mean, why can't they just help me out? Other stores do it no problem, but not them. It's so frustrating!
Incorrect delivery handling
I recently had a really frustrating experience with this company that messed up my delivery big time. I ordered something from them for the first time and was super excited to get my package, but when it finally arrived, it turned out to be someone else's order! The worst part was how they handled the mistake. They made the person who got my package send it back before they would even think about sending me the right stuff. It felt like they were holding my money hostage. I kept asking for a refund, but they just wouldn't budge. Instead, they were laser-focused on getting me the correct package - even though they couldn't tell me when that would happen. And if, by some miracle, I did get the right package, I'd have to pay for shipping it back myself. All in all, I was really disappointed with how this company did business.

I've shopped a few times and every time, I'm blown away by the quality and style of the items, eh. The website is easy to navigate, and the shipping and return process is clearly explained, you know? Sure, it's not free returns, but come on, nothing in life is free, eh. You need to do your part and read the terms and conditions, people! I always make sure to carefully read the descriptions and reviews to ensure I get the right fit, but that's just common sense. The clothes are well-made and on trend, so it's definitely worth it, for sure.
Top that didn't fit
So I picked up this top that just didn't fit me quite right, but the folks in customer service were so helpful and friendly, even though it was on sale. They really go the extra mile for their customers, and Angie was amazing in making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thanks a bunch, eh!
Frustrating return policy and slow delivery
I was so disappointed with my experience at this store. The return policy is just ridiculous and way too difficult and expensive to deal with. I've never had such a hard time trying to return something before. And to top it off, only getting store credit with no refunds is just not acceptable. They really need to update their policies to make it easier for us customers. And to top it all off, my order took a whole 3 weeks to get to me, which was so frustrating. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
Gold member perks
I absolutely love being a gold member! The fast room service and the well-organized store with new designs always coming in make me feel so special. It's great when I walk in and they already know my name and my preferences. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help me find the perfect outfit for any event. And the best part is, as a gold member, I get early access to sales and exclusive discounts. It's really awesome!
Late package, poor return policy, extra charges
My experience ordering from this store was really disappointing. The package took forever to arrive, and the return policy was just awful. The customer service didn't help me quickly and they even made me pay extra for returning items, which I thought was unfair. Lately, I've been noticing that the prices at this store have been going up quite a bit. The stuff they have is just okay, nothing special. I just picked up some shorts and a t-shirt and let me tell you, they are amazing! The fabric is so soft and the designs are really cool. I feel like a supermodel when I wear them!

I wasn't a big fan of shopping at this company's physical store - their selection was limited and the in-store staff weren't the greatest. But when I decided to try out their online store, it was a whole new ball game. I was blown away by the variety of choices and how simple and fast it was to exchange items.
