Ammunition purchase
Awful customer service at the store in Rohnert Park, CA. Waited forever for ammo and no one helped me. Came back the next day, had to wait forever again with no assistance. Employees were too busy talking to each other to help customers. It's just ridiculous and not okay. They should shut this store down, they're losing more money than they're making.

Crappy software
Oh, I wouldn't recommend this software at all. It's a total bust - save yourself the trouble and cash! It's super glitchy and the customer service is just the worst. They keep on sending emails, even when you ask them nicely to knock it off. Plus, when you have a problem, they just push you to fork out more money for an upgrade. Such a rip-off!

I ordered something online, eh, over a week ago and it still hasn't been shipped out! The website said it would only take 1-4 business days, but it's been 10 days now and my order is still stuck in "processing." I've sent a bunch of emails, but haven't gotten any response, eh. I recently placed an order online and have been patiently waiting for it to arrive for the past three weeks. I'm starting to question whether this company is legit because there have been no updates or communication about my order. I sent an email to customer service, but all I got back was an automated response and no real help. This whole situation has been really disappointing, especially since I was hoping to get my order in time for Christmas as a gift. The lack of transparency and communication from this company is just not cool, and it's made me frustrated and feeling like I've been misled. If my order doesn't show up soon, I might have to talk to my bank about getting a refund in the new year.
