Unreceived order, Poor customer service
I bought some stuff two months back, but I still haven't got everything I ordered. I emailed customer service about it, and they said my order was delivered, which it definitely wasn't. So, I tried calling their customer service line for help. But every time I called, I was put on hold for a long time, and then the call just got cut off before I could talk to anyone. It was so frustrating and unprofessional.
wireless curler clipper
I just got a new wireless curler clipper from this brand, and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it so far. At first, I wasn't too sure because the price was pretty low, but it's actually been working great on my thick, long hair. With hair that goes all the way down to my butt, it can be tough to find a hair tool that can handle it, but this curler clipper has really impressed me. Styling my hair has become a breeze and I love not having to deal with pesky cords while using it.
Defective hairbrush
I bought a hairbrush from this company not too long ago, and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. After using it just a few times, the bristles started falling out and actually caused some damage to my hair. I was worried about the possibility of a fire starting, so I contacted the company to see if they could give me a new brush or my money back. Unfortunately, they insisted on having the original receipt, which I had lost. Even after sending them photos and videos of the faulty product, they still wouldn't help me out. I think that when a product has a defect like this that could be a safety issue, customers should get a refund or a new one automatically. I was hoping for better service and accountability from this company.

Oh my gosh, like seriously, this brand is terrible! I bought a bunch of hair tools, you know? And the blow out dryer brush almost caused a fire – for real! I barely used them a couple times and it was all just terrible. Customer service was incredibly rude, like, seriously. They were friendly when I was making purchases, but when I had problems, they were so cold. It's a total scam, watch out!
Heated brush purchase
I recently bought a heated brush from this company and when it arrived, it was in great shape. I didn't use it right away though, and when I finally tried it out, it wasn't working properly. I had already thrown away the packaging, so I thought I was out of luck. Still, I decided to contact customer service about the issue. Surprisingly, they got back to me quickly, just a few hours after I emailed them. The rep told me they didn't need the packaging, and that they don't resell returned items. They just needed a pic of the brush with the cord cut, and they gave me a refund right away. The customer service team was so efficient and professional, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. Even though this product didn't live up to my expectations, I've had great experiences with their other products.
Leave-in conditioner and heat protector
My experience with this company and their hair products was really disappointing. I should have checked reviews first, but I didn't and now I regret it. The leave-in conditioner was not good quality, and the heat protector didn't do what it claimed. When I reached out to customer service with a question, they never got back to me. This lack of communication was frustrating and not very professional. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, my order still took five days to arrive. When I asked for a refund for the expedited shipping, they ignored my emails once again. It's pretty clear that they don't really care about customer satisfaction. I'm now trying to return the products, but based on my experience, I doubt it will be resolved easily. Overall, I really recommend avoiding ordering from this company.

Don't bother ordering from this place. Their customer service is a complete joke. I tried reaching out several times and never heard back. It's so frustrating and disappointing to dish out your cash on something and not get any help. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

Oh my goodness, I can't even handle it! This company is honestly the best! The products they sell are top-notch quality and super adorable! I've purchased their brushes, hair pins, and styling tools and let me tell you, they are absolutely fantastic! Plus, their sales are always amazing, I can't resist grabbing something whenever there's a sale! The customer service team is incredibly friendly and helpful, I feel like a VIP every time I chat with them! I've shopped here a few times already and I'll definitely keep coming back for more of their fabulous products! And if you've got bleached hair like me, you absolutely must try their purple shampoo and conditioner set along with the "Don't Hate, Hydrate" hair mask! It will truly work wonders for your hair! The purple shampoo is so richly pigmented, it's like magic for keeping those brassy tones at bay! And the best part is, it's super affordable! I just adore this company so much, they're my number one for all things hair-related!

Straightener and curling iron
I grabbed a straightener and curling iron from this store, but they both crapped out after only a few weeks. They promised to swap them out, but the new straightener started buzzing and conked out as well. They wouldn't give me another replacement, claiming they already gave me two. What a waste of $100.00! Save your money and don't bother buying from them - their stuff doesn't last long at all!

I just bought a bunch of styling stuff and hair care products from this company, and let me tell you, I'm super impressed. Their stuff is top-notch and works really well. I got a hair straightener, a 32mm curling wand, and a 25mm curling wand, and all of them work wonders on my hair. The straightener makes my hair all soft and smooth, while the curling wands are great at giving me curls without the frizz. Oh, and their heat shield spray is a must-have for protecting your hair when you're using their tools. Trust me, you won't regret it.

This hair dryer is terrible! Every time I use it, the bristles fall out and get bent. And the handle gets really hot, so I can't hold it for very long. It's such a pain because I have to keep stopping to let it cool down. Did anyone even bother testing this before they sold it? I wish I never bought it!
Wireless Curler Purchase
I had the worst time trying to get this wireless curler I ordered to work. The buttons were all jammed up when it got to me and no matter what I did, nothing helped. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to send a picture of the problem so they could send me a new one. I did what they said but then they asked for a video too and my email couldn't send it because it was too big.
After that, they wanted a picture of the power cord cut in half, which I thought was a bit much since I could have just replaced the cord. We went back and forth for ages and finally, after 3 months, they gave me my money back but minus the shipping fees. They sent it to a closed account because of some fraudulent stuff and it was really hard to get through to them that I couldn't get the cash if the account was closed. When I tried to get help from customer service, this lady named TARA was quite rude to me. Despite giving this company a few chances with past orders, it seems like there's always a problem with their product quality. The other item I got, a wireless curling iron, also didn't work right. It was really annoying to deal with unhelpful and impolite customer service folks like TARA, who didn't seem to care about fixing my issues. Overall, my experience with the products and customer service was pretty disappointing.
Recent hair styling tool purchase
I gotta say, the service I got from this company was just plain awful. The customer service was so bad, I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were. It was like they didn't give a darn about their customers. I wanted to talk to a manager about an issue, but it turns out, everyone there thinks they're a manager. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, they wouldn't let me. I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure. They don't act like a proper business at all. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that actually values their customers.
