I bought a hairbrush from this company not too long ago, and I was really disappointed with how it turned out. After using it just a few times, the bristles started falling out and actually caused some damage to my hair. I was worried about the possibility of a fire starting, so I contacted the company to see if they could give me a new brush or my money back. Unfortunately, they insisted on having the original receipt, which I had lost. Even after sending them photos and videos of the faulty product, they still wouldn't help me out. I think that when a product has a defect like this that could be a safety issue, customers should get a refund or a new one automatically. I was hoping for better service and accountability from this company.

I recently bought a heated brush from this company and when it arrived, it was in great shape. I didn't use it right away though, and when I finally tried it out, it wasn't working properly. I had already thrown away the packaging, so I thought I was out of luck. Still, I decided to contact customer service about the issue. Surprisingly, they got back to me quickly, just a few hours after I emailed them. The rep told me they didn't need the packaging, and that they don't resell returned items. They just needed a pic of the brush with the cord cut, and they gave me a refund right away. The customer service team was so efficient and professional, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. Even though this product didn't live up to my expectations, I've had great experiences with their other products.

I grabbed a straightener and curling iron from this store, but they both crapped out after only a few weeks. They promised to swap them out, but the new straightener started buzzing and conked out as well. They wouldn't give me another replacement, claiming they already gave me two. What a waste of $100.00! Save your money and don't bother buying from them - their stuff doesn't last long at all!

I had the worst time trying to get this wireless curler I ordered to work. The buttons were all jammed up when it got to me and no matter what I did, nothing helped. I got in touch with customer service and they told me to send a picture of the problem so they could send me a new one. I did what they said but then they asked for a video too and my email couldn't send it because it was too big.

After that, they wanted a picture of the power cord cut in half, which I thought was a bit much since I could have just replaced the cord. We went back and forth for ages and finally, after 3 months, they gave me my money back but minus the shipping fees. They sent it to a closed account because of some fraudulent stuff and it was really hard to get through to them that I couldn't get the cash if the account was closed. Just ridiculous!

I ordered the mini tool kit for my short hair, but it just didn't do the trick for me. Luckily, when I got in touch with the company they were really quick to refund my money. Their customer service was top-notch and super responsive. I'll definitely be keeping them in mind for future purchases.
