DeliveryI bought some stuff two months back, but I still haven't got everything I ordered. I emailed customer service about it, and they said my order was delivered, which it definitely wasn't. So, I tried calling their customer service line for help. But every time I called, I was put on hold for a long time, and then the call just got cut off before I could talk to anyone. It was so frustrating and unprofessional.
